Abstract
본 발명에 따른 혼합가스 발생기에서는 고압용기를 밀폐하는 밀봉디스크(18)가 높은 음향압력을 발생시키지 않고 개방될 수 있다. 본 발명에 따르면, 이는 밀봉 디스크(18)의 표면을 화학적으로, 열적으로 침해하고 연속적으로 연소시켜 개방하는 화학반응 가스를 생성하기 위해서 잉여의 산화체 성분을 함유한 추진연료를 본 발명의 혼합가스 발생기 내에 수용함으로써 달성된다.

Claims (7)
- 추진연료가 점화된 후에, 연소실(5)내의 구멍으로 부터 유출된 추진 가스가 고압용기 상에 위치해 있고 이 구멍의 맞은편에 있는 밀봉디스크(18)를 파열시키며, 이 밀봉 디스크(18)가 개방된 후에 이 추진가스 및 고압 용기로 부터 유출된 가스가 배출구(12)를 통해서 에어백으로 유출되는 꽃불가스 발생기(2) 및 고압용기를 갖춘 혼합가스 발생기로서, 상기 밀봉디스크(18)의 표면을 화학적 및 열적으로 침해하고 연속적으로 연소시켜 개방하는 화학반응 추진가스(14)를 생성시키기 위하여 잉여의 성분을 가진 추진연료(8)가 수용되어 있는 혼합가스 발생기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 추진연료(8)의 성분중에 산화체가 초과되어 있는 혼합가스 발생기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉 디스크(18)는 강철박 또는 경금속시트와 같은 쉽게 연소가능한 재료로 제조되어 있는 혼합가스 발생기.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉디스크(18)의 연소공정중에 소정의 시간을 초과하여 상기 고압용기(3)로 부터의 가스(17)의 질량유량이 형성되는 혼합가스 발생기.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉디스크(18)는 상기 고압용기(3)의 하우징(16)에 용접되어 있는 혼합가스 발생기.
- 제5항에 있어서, 레이저 용접 또는 전자 비임 용접에 의해서 상기 밀봉디스크(18)가 가스가 통하지 않게 부착되어 있는 혼합가스 발생기.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 추진가스(14)와 상기 고압용기(3)로부터 유출되는 상기 가스(17)를 혼합하기 위한 혼합공간(15)과, 상기 가스들의 혼합가스를 정화하고 완화하는 상기 배출구(12)의 사이에 배열되어 있는 요소(6)가 음향을 상쇄하고, 바라지 않는 가스의 비율을 줄이기 위해서 촉매 작용을 하는 혼합가스 발생기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
