Abstract

본 발명은 고정된 상부 비임(12)과 구동 장치(15-20)에 의해 반복 상승하는 가동 하부 비임(10)을 구성하여 판상의 물체를 처리하는 압반 프레스(5)에 파지바아가 끼이는 것을 방지하는 안전장치로서, 하부 비임의 구동장치(20)에 배치된 비상 사태에 대비한 캡터(30)를 구성하고, 비상브레이크 장치(36)의 스위치을 기울여 비상사태에 대비한 캡터가 압반 프레스(5)의 출구 레벨에 배치된 파지바아의 통과를 집적 주사하기 위한 주사셀(30)임을 특징으로 한다.

판상 물체를 처리하는 압반 프레스의 안전장치

제1도는 본 발명 및 종래 기술에 따라 비상 정지장치를 구비한 압반 프레스의 측면도.

Claims (4)

  1. 고정된 상부 비임(12)과 구동 장치(15-20)에 의해 반복 상승하는 가동 하부 비임(10)을 구성하여 판상의 물체를 처리하는 압반 프레스(5)에 파지바아가 끼이는 것을 방지하는 안전장치로서, 하부 비임의 구동 장치(20)에 배치된 비상 브레이크 장치(36)의 스위치(34)을 기울여 비상 사태에 대비한 캡터(30)을 구성하고, 비상 사태에 대비한 캡터가 압반 프레스(5)를 출구 레벨에 배치된 파지바아의 통과를 직접 주사하기 위한 주사셀(30)임을 특징으로하는 판상물체를 처리하는 압반 프레스의 안전장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 주사셀(30)이 금속성 물체의 접근을 감지하는 유도 켑터임을 특징으로 하는 안전장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 압반 프레스의 두 비임(10,12)간의 높이 차이가 파지 바아의 두께보다 낮아 질 때, 스위치(34)의 반응항 “Dcommut”과 비상 브레이크 장치(36)에 의한 하부 비임이 완전 정지상태까지의 하부 비임이 브레이크 항 “Dfrein”의 합과 같은 시점에 해당하는 각 위치 시점 “θ ecra”이전의 각 위치 시점 “θ lect”에서 상기 주사셀(30)이 파지 바아(8)의 정상 경로에 배치되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 안전 장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 하부 비임(10)의 스위치(34)와 브레이크 장치(36)가 그들의 반응 항 “Dcommut + Dfrein”의 합이 시점 “θ ecra - θsor”과 압반 프레스(5)에서 피지 바아가 정상적으로 탈출하는 각 위치 시점에 대응하는 “θ sor”사이에 포함되는 항보다 낮도록 구현됨을 특징으로 하는 안전 장치.
