Abstract
테레프탈산과 에틸렌글리콜 유도 유닛을 함유하는 공중합체를 사출-취입 사이클에 따라 성형하는 것으로되고 공중합체는 테레프탈산 유도 유닛에 있어서, 테레프탈산이 아닌 방향족이산유도된 0.1내지 10몰% 유닛과 방향족 옥시산 유도된 0.1 내지 15몰%의 유닛을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명한 재활용병의 제조방법을 발표한다.

Claims (11)
- 테레프탈산과 에틸렌글리콜 유도 유닛을 함유하는 공중합체를 사출-취입 사이클에 따라 성형하는 것으로 되고 공중합체는 테레프탈산 유도 유닛에 있어서, 테레프탈산이 아닌 방향족이산유도된 0.1 내지 10몰% 유닛과 방향족 옥시산 유도된 0.1 내지 15몰%의 유닛을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명한 재활용병의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 테레프탈산이 아닌 방향족 이산에서 유도된 유닛은 0.1-5몰%인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 방향족 옥시산에서 유도된 유닛은 0.1 내지 5몰%인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 전술한 항중 한항에 있어서, 테레프탈산 유도의 방향족 이산은 이소프탈산, 2, 6-나프탈렌디카르복실산, 4, 4′-비페닐디카르복실산, 4, 4′-옥시디벤조산중에서 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 전술한 항중 한항에 있어서, 방향족 옥시산은 p-히드록시벤조산, 살리실산, 6-히드록시-2-나프토산중에서 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 전술한 항중 한항에 있어서, 공중합체는 에틸렌글리콜 유도유닛에 있어서, 0.1 내지 5몰% 1, 2-디옥시에틸렌 유닛을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 1, 2-디옥시에틸렌 유닛은 0.1-3몰%인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 4.5㎜ 이상의 두께와 80g이상의 중량을 가진 관형 투명재활용병 제조용 파리손(Parison).
- 제8항에 있어서, 두께가 5내지 9㎜이고 중량은 80 내지 130g인 것을 특징으로 하는 파리손.
- 제1항에 따라 제조한 투명한 재활용변.
