Abstract

본 발명은 분쇄 과정에서 생기는 이질적인 원료 혼합물, 특히 분쇄시 슈레더를 통해 내려싸이는 슈레더-가벼운 단편과 같은 잔류물을 재활용하기 위한 방법에 관한 것이다. 이질적인 재료 혼합물은 분쇄하에 있고 더 나아가 발생한 중간 생성물에서 나온 일정한 알갱이 크기의 입자가 분리되며 알갱이 크기가 커지는 방향으로 제한되는 집적화 정도를 갖는 집적화 공정에 제공된다.

Claims (14)

  1. 분쇄 과정에서 생기는 이질적인 원료 혼합물, 특히 분쇄시 슈레더를 통해 내려 싸이는 슈레더-가벼운 단편과 같은 잔류물을 재활용하기 위한 방법에 있어서, 이질적인 재료 혼합물이 분쇄하에 있고 더 나아가 발생한 중간 생산물에서 나온 일정한 알갱이 크기의 입자가 분리되며 알갱이 크기가 커지는 방향으로 제한되는 집적화 강도를 갖는 집적화 공정에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 이 집적화 정도는 집적화 생산물의 이용 목적에 따라 일정한 크기 범위내에서 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 이 집적화 정도는 덩어리 생산물의 입자의 개별화가 가능하도록 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 집적화 정도의 조절은 집적화 과정 동안 생기는, 동종 및 다른 종류의 재료 및 재료 그룹 사이에서의 결합력의 차에 따라 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 이질적인 재료 혼합물의 분쇄의 결과에서 생기는 중간 생산물을 위해 분리 크기가 정해지며, 분리 크기 보다 더 큰 중간 생산물의 입자는 한번 더 분쇄되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상이한 크기의 범위에 있는 중간 생산물의 분리를 위해 5내지 10㎜의 분리 크기가 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 중간 생산물로부터 자기 성분이 분리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제1항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 이 중간 생산물로부터 비철 금속이 분리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 집적화 공정이 열가소성 합성수지의 첨가하에 진행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 이 집적화 생산물로부터 금속이 분리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 분쇄 과정에서 생기는 이질적인 원료 혼합물, 특히 분쇄시 슈레더를 통해 내려 싸이는 슈레더-가벼운 단편과 같은 잔류물의 재활용을 위한 장치에 있어서, 이 장치는 중간 생산물로 바꾸기 위한 이질적인 재료 혼합물의 분쇄를 위한 분쇄 장치(1)와, 이 중간 생산물 또는 이의 부분 단편을 위한 제한된 집적화 정도를 갖는 집적화 장치(6, 7)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 분쇄 장치가 로드 밀(1)인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치
  13. 제11항 또는 제12항에 있어서, 가열 혼합기(6)와 냉각 혼합기(7) 또는 그에 상응하는 이 둘의 조합물이 집적화를 실시하는데 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  14. 제11항 또는 제13항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 코로나 드럼 분리기(8)는 집적화 생산물로부터 금속을 분리하도록 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
