Abstract

본 발명은 슬러지로부터 고상 및 액상을 여과에 의해 분리하는 장치에 관한 것으로서, 필터를 포함하는 여과 챔버내의 피스톤의 도움으로 슬러지상에 압력이 가해진 다음, 필터가 챔버로부터 인출되고, 상기 필터의 표면이 스크레이퍼 기구를 이용하여 청소되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명은 다른 주제는 상기 장치에 이용될 수 있는 방법과 수비(水肥)의 처리에 있어서 상기 장치의 용도 있다.

슬러지로부터 액상과 고상을 여과에 의해 분리하는 장치와 방법 및 수비(水肥)의 처리에 있어서의 상기 장치의 용도.
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 내지 제3도는 본 발명에 따른 장치를 여과 공정의 상이한 단계들에서 나타낸 개략 수직 단면도.

Claims (16)

  1. 슬러지로부터 고상 및 액상을 여과에 의해 분리하는 장치로서, 이 장치는 한편으로는 필터(8) 및 여과중 슬러지상에 압력을 가하는 압축수단 (6)을 포함함으로써 상기 필터 (8)상에 고상 케이크를 얻고 상기 필터를 통과한 액상을 수집하며, 다른 한편으로는 상기 필터의 표면으로부터 상기 케이크를 분리하는 스크레이퍼기구 (14)를 포함하는 상기 장치에 있어서, 상기 장치가 여과 챔버 (2)를 구비하는 것과, 상기 압축수단은 상기 여과 챔버(2)에 대해 상대적인 병진운동을 할 수 있는 피스톤 (6)이며, 상기이 피스톤챔버의 상대운동은 사실상 수밀 방식으로 행해지고, 상기 필터(8)는 상기 필터(8)가 상기 여과 챔버 (2)의 외부에 있는 스크레이핑 위치 사이를 상기 스크레이퍼 기구(14) 는 상기 필 터(8)가 스크레이핑 위치에 있을 때 상기 필터(8)로부터 고상 케이크를 분리 하기 위해 상기 필터 (8)의 표면을 청소할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 여과 챔버(2)가 고정되어 있고, 상기 피스톤(6) 은 철회위치와 상기 필터 (8)에 밀접한 압축위치 사이를 상기 여과 챔버(2) 의 축선을 따라 이동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 필터 (8)가 상기 피스톤 (6) 과 동일 축선을 따라 이동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  4. 제1항내지 제3항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 스크레이퍼 기구 (14)는 상기 여과 챔버 (2)의 축선에 수직한 평면내에서 이동 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 스크레이퍼 기구 (14) 의 변위가 직선 병진이동인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  6. 제1항내지 제3항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 여과챔버(2)에는 벨브 (5)를 포함하는 슬러지 공급관 (4)이 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 장치.
  7. 제1항내지 제3항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 여과 챔버 (2) 에는 세정수 공급관이 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  8. 제1항내지 제3항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 필터(8)가 폐쇄부(7)의 일부를 형성하고, 또한 상기 필터 (8) 는 상기 피스톤 (6) 쪽으로 향한 상기 폐쇄부(7)의 면을 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  9. 제1항내지 제3항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 폐쇄부 (7)가 공기 공급원에 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는장치.
  10. 제 9항에 있어서, 상기 폐쇄부 (7)는 상기 필터 (8)를 통해 공기 분사류를 내는 송풍파이프(11)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  11. 제1항내지 제3항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 장치는 일단부가 여과 챔버 (2) 와 소통하고 그의 반대 단부가 개방되어 있는 제2챔버 (3)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  12. 제1항내지 제3항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 장치는 상기 피스톤 (6), 상기 폐쇄부 (7) 및 상기 스크레이퍼 기구 (14)의 변위를 행하기 위한 작동기들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  13. 슬러지로부터 고상과 액상을 여과에 의해 분리하고, 여과중 슬러지에 압력이 가해지는 방법에 있어서, -제1단계에서, 여과될 대량의 슬러지가 여과 챔버 (2) 안으로 도입되며, 이 여과 챔버의 한벽이 여과 위치에서 필터 (8)를 구성하고; -제2단계에서, 상기 필터 상에 고상 케이크를 얻고, 슬러지가 필터를 통과한 후에 액상을 수집하도록 상기 여과 챔버 내에서 슬러지에 압력을 가하고; -제3단계에서, 압력을 해제하고, 상기 필터 (8)가 상기 여과 챔버로부터 빠져나와 상기 여과 챔버 (2) 의 외부에 놓이며, 필터 케이크를 지지하는 필터의 표면을 스크레이퍼 기구 (14)를 이용하여 스크레이프하여 케이크를 지지하는 필터 (8)의 표면을 청소하고, 상기 필터 (8)로부터 떨어지는 고상을 수집하며; -제4단계에서, 상기 필터 (8)가 그의 여과 위치로 복귀하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 제3단계와 제4단계 사이에서, 상기 필터(8)를 통해 공기가 송풍되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  15. 제13항 또는 제14항에 있어서, 상기 필터 케이크가 세척되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  16. 수비 (水肥) 의 처리에 있어서의 제1항 내지 12항에 따른 하나 이상의 장치의 용도.
