Abstract

본 발명은 형광표시장치에 관한 것으로서, 더 상세하게는 리드핀과 애노우드를 연결하는 배선의 구조가 개선되어 그 배선의 단락여부를 용이하게 확인할 수 있도록 된 형광표시장치에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 따른 형광표시장치는, 리드핀접속부와 애노우드접속부를 구비하는 배선을 다수 구비하는 배선층이 애노우드접속부로 부터 소정거리 연장형성된 연장부를 갖는 배선을 복수개 포함하며 각 연장부에 단부는 비교적 넓은 위치에 집중되게 되므로, 각 배선의 양단부에 전원을 인가하여 통전을 확인하는 검사방식을 채용할 수 있게 되어, 각 배선의 단락여부를 빠른시간 내에 용이하고 정확하게 확인할 수 있으며, 이에 따라 형광표시장치의 생산성 향상 및 품질의 향상을 도모할 수 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. 다수의 리드핀 및 애노우드와, 상기 리드핀과 접속되는 리드핀접속부 및 상기 애노우드와 접속되는 애노우드접속부를 구비하여 상기 리드핀을 소망하는 애노우드와 전기적으로 연결하는 배선을 다수 갖춘 배선층을 구비하여 된 형광표시장치에 있어서, 상기 배선층이 상기 애노우드접속부로 부터 소정길이 연장된 연장부를 갖는 배선을 복수개 구비하며, 상기 각 연장부의 단부는 소정의 한 위치에 집중되는 것을 특징으로 하는 형광표시장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 각 연장부의 단부들 중 서로 인접하는 3개의 단부가 정삼각형의 각 꼭지점에 위치하도록 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 형광표시장치.
