Abstract

본 발명은 보일러본체와 실내의 난방관에 연통되어 온수가 순환되도록 하는 온수분배관에 관한 것으로서, 하나의 얇은 판재로 형성되는 분배관본체(10)의 외부면에, 인장되어 돌출되는 분배구(11)들이 형성되며, 상기 분배관본체(10)는 얇은 판재(1)를 프레스가공하여 분배구(11)들이 돌출되도록 하고, 상기 얇은 판재를 벤딩시켜 연부를 용착시켜, 한쪽 측면만 용접하면 되도록 하므로 제조공정이 간단하도록 하고, 이로인해 대량생산이 가능하도록 하며, 원가가 저감되도록 하는 보일러용 온수분배관의 구조와 그 제조방법이다.

제1도는 본 발명의 온수분배관을 나타내는 분해 단면도, 제4도는 (가), (나), (다)는 본 발명의 제작공정을 나타내는 사시도와 단면도, 제5도는 본 발명 온수분배관의 설치상태를 나타내는 사용상태도.

Claims (4)

  1. 하나의 얇은 판재(1)가 벤딩된 후 용착되어 분배관본체(10)가 형성되고, 상기 분배관본체의 외부면에 인장되어 상기 분배관 본체와 일체로 돌출되는 분배구(11)들이 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 보일러용 온수분배관.
  2. 제1항에있어서, 상기 분배관 본체(1)의 재질을 동 또는 스테인레스강임을 특징으로 하는 보일러용 온수 분배관.
  3. 얇은 판재(1)를 프레스가공하여 분배구(11)들이 돌출되도록 하고, 상기 얇은 판재를 벤딩시켜 연부를 용착시켜 분배관본체(10)를 형성함을 특징으로 하는 보일러용 온수분배관의 제조방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 분배관 본체(10)의 양측단의 개구부에 폐쇄판(13) 및 입축구(14)를 각각의 개구부에 삽입하고, 상기 분배관 본체(10)의 외면에서 압축성형하고, 양측단 연부를 벤딩가공 처리하여 일체로 형성하는 공정을 포함하는 보일러용 온수분배관의 제조방법.
