Abstract
본 발명은 필름이 1초를 초과하지 않는 고주파수 밀봉시간을 수득하기 위해 충분한 양의 1이상의 N,N'―에틸렌비스아미드를 함유함을 특징으로 하는, 고주파수 전류에 의해 밀봉시킬 수 있는 1이상의 에틸렌 공중합체를 함유하는 열가소성 필름에 관한 것이다.

Claims (8)
1초를 초과하지 않는 고―주파 밀봉 시간을 수득하기 위하여 필름이 하기 식 :〔Cn HH2n+1―C(O)―NH―CH2〕2(식중, n은 17 내지 21의 정수이다)의 N, N'―에틸렌비스아미드의 1종 이상을 충분한 양으로 포함함을 특징으로 하는 고―주파 전류에 의해 밀봉될 수 있는 1종 이상의 에틸렌 공중합체를 포함한 열가소성 필름.
제1항에 있어서, N, N'―에틸렌비스아미드가 N, N'―에틸렌비스올아미드(EBO)임을 특징으로 하는 필름.
제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 지방산 1차에 아미드, 실리카 및 탈크로 구성된 군에서 선택된 점착방지제를 추가로 포함함을 특징으로 하는 필름.
1항 또는 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 에틸렌 공중합체가 (i)에틸렌 및 탄소수 2 내지 6의 포화 카르복실산의 1종 이상의 비닐에스테르의 공중합체, (ii)에틸렌 및 알킬기가 탄소수 1 내지 10인 1종 이상의 알킬아크릴레이트 또는 메타크릴레이트의 공중합체, (iii)말레산 무수물 또는 글리시딜(메트)아크릴레이트와의 상기 공중합체, 또는 (ⅵ)상기 언급된 공중합체의 2종 이상의 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 필름.
제4항에 있어서, 에틸렌 공중합체가 에틸렌―비닐 아세테이트 공중합체임을 특징으로 하는 필름.
HF에 의해 그자체에 밀봉되어진 1항 내지 5항 중 어느 한항에 따른 필름을 포함한 포장제.
한쪽 면(i)위에 제1항 내지 5항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 1층 이상의 필름을 포함하고, 상기 면(i)을 그 자체와 접촉시켜 놓은 후 HF―밀봉하여 이루어진, 다층 필름에 의해 형성된 포장재.
―플레이트와 밀봉 프레스의 전극 사이에 필름을 놓고, ―압력을 가하고, ―1초를 초과하지 않는 밀봉 시간을 위해 전류를 27.12MHz의 주파수로 가한 다음 밀봉된 필름을 냉각함을 특징으로 하는 제1항 내지 5항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 2종 이상의 열가소성 필름의 고―주파 밀봉방법.
