Abstract

본 발명은 원단을 공급하는 원단공급부와; 원단 공급부에서 원단을 제공받아 텐션을 조정하며 원단 이송용 제1이송롤러와 제2이송롤러 사이에서 원단의 양폭을 절단하는 양폭절단부와, 길이를 절단하는 길이 절단부를 포함하며, 저면에 별도의 동력체인부를 가지는 재단본체부어; 재단 본체부의 동력체인부의 체인에 연동되며 재단되는 공정에 따라 1매의 절단 원단을 순차재치 가능토록 재단본체부 내외부로 왕복운동하는 재치대를 포함하며 구성한 원단재단기이며, 원단을 재치시켜 놓으면 원단공급부에서 일정속도를 공급하고, 재단 본체부에서 원단의 폭 및 길이를 순차 절단하고, 재치대에서 절단 매수대로 차례로 재치하므로 별도의 작업인원 없이도 자동재단 및 재치가 가능하여 작업성이 우수하다.

Claims (9)

  1. 원단을 제단함에 있어서, 원단(10)을 공급하는 원단공급부(100)와; 원단공급부(100)에서 원단(10)을 제공받아 텐션을 조정하며 원단(10) 이송용 제1이송롤러(203)와 제2이송롤러(204) 사이에서 원단(10)의 양폭을 절단하는 양폭절단부(210)와, 길이를 절단하는 길이절단부(230)가 순차 설치되고, 저면에 별도의 동력체인부(250)를 가지는 재단 본체부(200)와; 및 재단본체부(200)의 동력체인부(250)의 체인(251)에 연동되며 재단되는 공정에 따라 1매의 절단 원단을 순차 재치가능토록 재단본체부(200) 내외부로 왕복운동하는 재치대(300)를 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 원단 재단기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 원단공급부(100)는 원단(10)외주연과 접하여 원단(10)을 풀리도록 풀림롤러(110)가 저면에 원단(10)이 폭방향으로 설치되고, 인출롤러(115)가 일측에 설치된 원단통(140)과; 원단통(140)을 실린더(13)의 로드(131) 작동에 의해 원단(10)의 폭방향으로 이동시키며 본체가 받침대(150)에 고정되는 실린더(13)와; 받침대(150)의 원단 풀림 측면에 설치되는 원단 풀림감지용 센서(120)와; 센서(120)에 의해 회전속도가 제어되며, 상기 풀림롤러(110) 및 인출롤러(115)에 동력을 제공하는 모타(141)를 포함하여 이루어짐을 것을 특징으로 하는 원단재단기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 원단공급부(100)의 실린더(130)는 재단본체부(200)에 설치되는 원단센서(201)에 의해 제어되며, 원단센서(201)는 제1 및 제2센서(S1,S2)로 이루어지며, 상기 실린더(130)는 원단(10)이 제1 및 제2센서(S1,S2)사이를 통과하도록 설정한 것을 특징으로 하는 원단재단기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 재치대(300)는 재단되는 원단 인출측면저면에 안내봉9310)이 일체로 고정되고, 안내봉(310) 양단은 재단본체부(200)의 프레임(202) 저면에서 모터(M1)에 의해 왕복구동되는 동력체인부(250)의 체인(251)에 연동리도록 이루어짐을 것을 특징으로 하는 원단재단기.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 재단본체부(200)는 텐션조절된 원단(10)을 이송하는 제1이송롤러(203)와 제2이송롤러(204) 사이의 양폭절단부(210)에서 양폭이 절단되고, 이어 길이절단부(230)에서 연속적으로 길이가 절단되도록 구성되며; 상기 양폭절단부(210)는 프레임(202)에 유착된 칼날축(211)에 고정된 원판형 폭절단 칼날(212)과, 칼날축(211)보다 일정 높이위의 프레임(202)부위에 유착된 칼날카바축(213)에 고정되며 폭절단 칼날(213)이 일부 돌출되도록 칼날홈(214)이 형성된 칼날카바(215)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 원단재단기.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 길이절단부(230)는 프레임(202) 양측을 연결하는 수개의 안내봉(231)에 유착되어 수직 위치되는 칼날모타(232)와 칼날모타 이동모타(213)에 의해 칼날모타(232)를 좌우 이동시키는 칼날모타 이동벨트(234)와, 칼날모타(232)에 축착되고 수평을 이루는 길이절단 칼날(234)의 일부가 끼워지는 끼움공(236)을 가지며 길이절단 받침 실린더(237) 및 랙(238) 구조에 의해 일정하게 양측이 길이 절단 칼날(235) 방향으로 수평이동 되도록 이루어진 길이 절단받침판(239)을 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 원단재단기.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 양폭절단부(210)는 칼날축(211)에 고정되고 그라인더 대신 원판칼날을 장착한 휴대용 그라인더와, 칼날축(211)보다 일정높이 위의 프레임(202) 부위에 유착된 칼날카바축(213)에 고정되며 칼날이 일부 돌출되도록 칼날홈(214)이 형성된 칼날카바(215)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 원단재단기.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 양폭절단부(210)는 제1이송롤러(203)와 제2이송롤러(204) 사이에서 원단(10)을 양폭 절단하는 폭절단칼날(212)과 폭절단 칼날(212)이 칼날홈(214)으로만 일부노출되도록 폭절단 칼날(212)을 덮는 칼날카바(215)와 칼날카바(215) 하부 위치에서 프레임(202)에 유착되고 에지측 절단원단만을 당겨주는 에지당김롤러(205)를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 원단재단기.
  9. 제5항에 있어서, 양폭절단부(210)의 폭절단 칼날(212)은 칼날축(211)에 수개 설치하여 원단을 분할 재단 가능케한 것을 특징으로 하는 원단재단기.
