Abstract
본 발명은 효모를 돌연변이시켜 얻은 단백질 고분비능을 지닌 효모 돌연변이주 사카로마이세스 세레비지애 LBS 72 및 이를 이용하여 단백질, 특히 인간 과립구 거식 세포 콜로니 인자를 대량생상하는 방법을 제공한다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 돌연변이시킨 변이주들로부터 고분비느을 지닌 변이주를 선별하기 이해 플라스크 배양한 다음 전기 영동한 결과이며,
제2도는 변이주와 비변이주의 분비능을 비교하기 위하여 5L 발효조에서 회분식 발효후 시간별로 취한 상충액을 전기 영동한 결과이고,
제3도는 돌연변이후 선별한 변이주들을 발효조에서 분비능을 비교하기 위하여 발효시킨후 전기 영동한 결과이다.

- 세포내에서 발현된 외래 단백질을 세포밖으로 고분비하는 효모 돌연변이주.
- 제1항에 있어서, 사카로마이세스 세레비지애(Saccharomyces cerevisiae) LBS 72(기탁번호:KCTC 0101BP)인 효모 돌연변이주.
- 제1항 또는 제2항의 효모 돌연변이주를 배양함을 포함하는, 외래 단백질을 생산하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 외래 단백질이 인간 과립구 거식 세포 콜로니 자극 인자임을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
