Abstract

본 발명은, 세정성이 높고, 전기·전자기기에 잔존해도 절연신뢰성에 영향이 없고 인체에의 영향이 비교적 적고, 난연성이며, 또 패액처리를 비교적 간단하게 행할 수 있는 세정제조성물을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 하며, 그 구성에 있어서, 이하와 같은 A, B 및 C를 함유한 세정제조성물을 가지는 것을 특징으로 한 것이다. A) 알킬기의 탄소수가 4~6의 프로필렌글리콜모노알킬에테르 및 알킬기의 탄소수가 3~6의 디프로필렌글리콜모노알킬에테르로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 100종량부, B) 메탄올, 에탄올 1-프로판올 및 2-프로판올로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 40~200중량부, C) 물의 1~200중량부.

Claims (4)

  1. 이하의 A, B 및 C를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세정제조성물, A) 알킬기의 탄소수가 4~6의 프로필렌글리콜모노 알킬에테르 및 알킬기의 탄소수가 3~6의 디프로필렌글리콜모노알킬에테르로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종, B) 메탄올, 에탄올 1-프로판올 및 2-프로판올로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종, C) 물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 A, B, C 각 성분의 함유비율이, A성분 100중량부에 대해서, B성분이 40중량부~200중량부, C성분이 1중량부~200중량부에 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 세정제조성물.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 A성분이 프로필렌글리콜모노노멀부틸에테르 및 디프로필렌글리콜모노노멀프로필에페트로이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종이며, 상기 B성분이 메탄올 및 에탄올로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 세정제조성물.
  4. 청구범위 제1항 또는 제2항 기재의 세정제조성물을 채운 조에 있어서 피세정물을 세정하는 제1의 공정, 물을 채운 조에 있어서, 오염물을 용해하고 있는 상기 세정제조성물이 부착되고 있는 피세정물을 세정하는 제2의 공정, 및 제2의 공정에서 상기 세정제조성물로부터 물의 상부상에 분리된 부유물을 조의로 제거하는 제3의 공정을 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 세정방법.
