Abstract

폴리에스테르 수지 및 이의 제조방법이 개시된다. 주반복 단위의 65중량부 이상이 에틸렌테레프탈레이트로 이루어진 극한점도 0.500∼0.700dl/g의 고체화된 초기 프리폴리며 폴리에스테르 수지를 예비결정화 및 건조시키는 단계와, 불활성기체 감압하 혹은 고진공상태에서 다음식 (1)∼(6)을 동시에 만족하도록 고상중합 하여 최종 폴리머의 극한점도가 0.701∼0.900dl/g이 되도록 하는 단계를 포함하는 방법에 따라 제조된 폴리에르 수지를 사용하여 성형품을 제조하게 되면 아세트알데히드의 함유량 및 재생량이 적고, 투명도가 높으며 황색도가 낮은 제품을 얻을 수 있게 된다.
상기식에서 Tm은 시차열분석기강의 용융온도(℃)이며, T1은 초기 고상중압 온도(℃), T2는 중기 고상중합 온도(℃), T3은 말기 고상중합온도(℃)이며, t1은 초기 고상중합 시간(분), t2는 중기 고상중합 시간(분), t3는 말기 고상중합 시간(분)이며, [Ⅳ0]는 초기 프리폴리머의 극한점도(dl/g), [Ⅳ]는 최종 폴리머의 극한점도(dl/g)를 나타낸다.

Claims (1)

  1. 주반복 단위의 65중량부 이상이 에틸렌테레프탈레이트로 이루어진 극한점도 0.500∼0.700dl/g의 고체화된 초기 프리폴리며 폴리에스테르 수지를 예비결정화 및 건조시키는 단계와; 상기 프리폴리머 폴리에스테르 주지를 불활성기체 감압하 혹은 고진공 상태에서 다음식 (1)∼(6)을 동시에 만족하도록 고상중합 하여 최종 폴리머의 극한점도가 0.701∼0.900dl/g의 폴리에스테르 수지를 얻는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형용 폴리에스테르 수지의 제조방법.
