Abstract

본 발명은 미니디스크플레이어에 관한 것으로, 덮개가 하우징상면에 대하여 상하방향으로 개폐되고, 상기 하우징 내부의 베이스플레이트상에 설치된 턴테이블에 디스크카트리지를 위쪽으로부터 탑재시킬 수 있도록 된 톱로딩 방식의 미니디스크플레이어에서 트레이를 배제하고, 하우징의 일측상면에 덮개의 개폐동작에 따라 전후방향으로 직선운동하면서 턴테이블상에 탑재된 디스크카트리지의 셔터를 자동적으로 개폐시켜주는 셔터개폐수단을 설치하므로써 내부구조를 단순화할 수 있도록 하고, 제품의 전체높이를 낮추어 소형화 및 박형화를 실현시킬 수 있도록 한 것이다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 미니디스크플레이어의 덮개가 개방된 상태의 사시도.
제2도는 본 발명에 따른 미니디스크플레이어의 덮개가 닫혀진 상태의 사시도.
제3도는 본 발명의 작동상태 평면도로서, (a)는 디스크카트리지가 탑재된 초기 상태의 평면도, (b)는 디스크카트리지가 탑재된 상태에서 덮개가 닫혀져 셔터가 개방된 상태의 펑면도이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 덮개(10)가 하우징(12) 상면에 대하여 상하방향으로 개폐되고, 상기 하우징12) 내부의 베이스플레이어상에 설치된 턴테이블에 디스크카트리지(14)를 윗쪽으로부터 탑재시킬 수 있도록 된 톱로딩방식의 미니디스크플레이어에 있어서, 하우징(12)의 상면 일측에 길이방향으로 따라 안내홈(16)을 형성하고, 상기 안내홈(16)에는 덮개(10)의 일측후단면과 링크(18)에 의해서 결합된 상태에서 덮개(10)의 개폐동작에 따라 전후방향으로 직선이동되면서 턴테이블상에 탑재된 디스크카트리지(14)의 셔터(20)를 자동적으로 개폐시켜 주는 셔터개폐수단(22)을 설치하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 미니디스크플레이어.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 안내홈(16)은 그 선단부와 후단부를 서로 다른 중심선상에 형성하되, 상기 선단부와 후단부의 경계지점을 경사지게 연통하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 미니디스크플레이어.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 셔터개폐수단(22)은 링크(18)에 의해 덮개(10)와 결합된 상태에서 안내홈(16)의 내측면에 밀착되어 미끄럼이동하며 상기 안내홈(16)의 깊이와 동일한 높이를 갖는 육면체형의 몸체부(24)와, 상기 몸체부(24)의 안쪽면으로부터 앞쪽으로 일체형으로 돌출되고, 선단에는 디스크카트리지(14)상의 셔터(20)에 형성된 협지홈(26)에 끼워질 수 있도록 내측으로 향하는 절곡부(28)가 형성되며, 내면 중간 위치에는 받침돌기(30)가 형성된 셔터작동편(32)과, 상기 몸체부(24)의 선단 바깥쪽에 설치되 안내홈(16)의 바깥면과 협지된 상태에서 몸체부(24)가 항상 상기 안내홈(16)의 내측면에 밀착되도록 밀어주는 탄성부재(34)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 미니디스크플레이어.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 덮개(10)는 그 내면의 소정위치에 디스크카트리지누름돌기(36)를 형성하고 하우징(12)과의 결합을 위한 힌지측(38) 양단에는 항상 윗쪽으로 텐션작용하는 토오션스프링(40)을 끼워 설치하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 미니디스크플레이어.
