Abstract
본 발명은 (A) 실란 커플링제; (B) 하기식 (I), (II)로 특징되는 트리스(실릴 오르가노)아민 또는 알칸을 포함하는 실란조성물임을 특징으로 한다.
여기에서, 각 R은 독립적으로 탄소원자 20이하의 알킬, 알콕시알킬, 아릴, 아랄킬 또는 사이클로알킬기이고; R'는 탄소원자 20이하의 2가 하이드로카본 또는 폴리에테르기이며; R2는 하기식으로 대표되는 작용기이다.

여기에서 n은 0-20이고 X는 아미노, 이미도, 하이드록시, 알콕시, 할로, 메르캅토, 카르복시, 아실, 비닐, 알릴, 스티릴, 에폭시, 이소시아네이토, 글리시독시 및 아크릴록시기로 이루어진 그룹으로 선택된다. 본 발명의 실란조성물은 열경화성 수지에 유리, 금속 및 산화금속같은 표면을 접합시키는데 있어서 개선된 특성을 제공하는 접착조성물이다. 또한 개선된 내습성도 나타낸다. 본 발명의 실란조성물은 인쇄 회로기판과 같은 다층박판을 제조하는데 사용되는 접착제로서 특히 유용하다.

Claims (10)
- (A) 실란 커플링제; (B) 하기식 (I), (II)로 특징되는 트리스(실릴 오르가노)아민 또는 알칸을 포함하는 실란조성물.여기에서, 각 R은 독립적으로 탄소원자 20이하의 알킬, 알콕시알킬, 아릴, 아랄킬 또는 사이클로알킬기이고; R'는 탄소원자 20이하의 2가 하이드로카본 또는 폴리에테르기이며; R2는 하기식으로 대표되는 작용기이다.CnH2nX여기에서 n은 0-20이고 X는 이미노, 아미도, 하이드록시, 알콕시, 할로, 메르캅토, 카르복시, 아실, 비닐, 알릴, 스티릴, 에폭시, 이소시아네이토, 글리시독시 및 아크릴록시기로 이루어진 그룹으로 선택된다.
- 제1항에 있어서, (B)가 식 (I)로 특징되는 트리스(실릴오르가노)아민인 실란 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실란 커플링제(A)가 하기식으로 특징되는 실란조성물.여기에서 A는 가수분해 기능기이고, X는 1, 2 또는 3이며, B는 알킬 또는 아릴기 또는 하기식으로 대표되는 작용기이다.CnH2nX여기에서 n은 0-20이고 X는 아미노, 아미도, 하이드록시, 알콕시, 할로, 메르캅토, 카르복시, 아실, 비닐, 알릴, 스티릴, 에폭시, 이소시아네이토, 글리시독시 및 아크릴록시기로 이루어진 그룹으로 선택된다.
- 제1항에 있어서, A:B의 몰비가 1:1-5:1의 범위인 실란조성물.
- 실란 커플링제(A); 및 (B) 하기식(I)로 특징되는 트리스(실릴오르가노)아민을 포함하는 실란조성물.여기에서 각 R은 독립적으로 탄소원자 1-5의 알킬기이다; R1은 탄소원자 1-5의 2가 하이드로카본기이다.
- 제5항에 있어서, 실란커플링제(A)가 하기식으로 대표되는 실란조성물.여기에서, 각 R은 독립적으로 탄소원자수 20이하의 알킬, 아릴, 아랄킬 똔느 사이클로알킬기이다.; B는 하기식으로 대표되는 작용기이다.CnH2nX여기에서 n은 0-20이고 X는 이미노, 아미도, 하이드록시, 알콕시, 할로, 메르캅토, 카르복시, 아실, 비닐, 알릴, 스티릴, 에폭시, 이소시아네이토, 글리시독시 및 아크릴록시기로 이루어진 그룹으로 선택된다.
- 제5항에 있어서, 실란커플링제(A)가 하기식으로 대표되는 실란조성물.여기에서, 각 R은 1-5의 탄소원자를 함유하는 알킬기이고, R4는1-5의 탄소원자를 함유하는 2가 하이드로카빌기이다.
- (A) 하기식으로 특징되는 실란커플링제와,여기에서, 각 R은 메틸 또는 에틸기이고, R4는 1-5의 탄소원자를 함유하는 2가 하이드로카빌기이다. (B) 하기식으로 특징되는 트리스(실릴오르가노) 아민을 포함하는 실란조성물.여기에서, 각 R은 메틸 또는 에틸기이고, 각 R'은 독립적으로 약 1-4의 탄소원자를 함유하는 2가 하이드로카빌기이다.
- (A) 최소한 하나의 전기 전도성 물질층; (B) 최소한 하나의 부도전 물질층; 및 (C) 전도성 물질 및 부도전 물질사이에 위치되거나 거기에 접착된 청구범위 1항의 실란조성물의 접착-촉진층을 포함하는 박판.
- (A) 최소한 하나의 표면상에 전도성 금속 코팅 또는 금속회로를 갖는 최소한 하나의 부도전 층; (B) 최소한 하나의 절연층; 및 (C) 전도성 금속코팅 또는 금속회로를 갖는 부도전층과 표면과 절연층 사이의 실란층을 포함하는데 실란층이 하기의 실란조성물로 형성된 다층박판.
