본 발명의 목적은 1, 4-사이클로헥산디메탄올 및 디에틸렌 글리콜과 같은 디올성분으로 폴리머를 개질시켜 PET의 결정화를 억제하고, 그 결과 저온에서 큰 수축율을 나타내며, 더우기 수축율이 다른 비정질의 공중합 폴리에스테르와 결정성 폴리에스테르수지를 혼합함으로써 가열에 따른 급격한 수축율의 증대없이 균일한 수축발현이 가능한 열수축성 폴리에스테르계 필름을 제공하는 데에 있다.An object of the present invention is to modify the polymer with diol components such as 1, 4-cyclohexanedimethanol and diethylene glycol to suppress the crystallization of PET, resulting in a large shrinkage at low temperatures, moreover, amorphous copolymerized poly with different shrinkage The present invention provides a heat-shrinkable polyester film that is capable of uniform shrinkage expression without sudden increase in shrinkage rate by heating by mixing ester and crystalline polyester resin.
본 발명은 디카르복실산 성분으로 테레프탈산, 디올 성분으로서 에틸렌 글리콜과, 1, 4-사이클로헥산 디메탄올로 이루어져 있고, 디올 단위의 10~70mole%가 1, 4-사이클로헥산 디메탄올 단위로 이루어진 공중합 폴리에스테르수지(a) 15~55 중량부와 디카르복실산 성분으로서 테레프탈산, 디올 성분으로서 에틸렌 글리콜과 디에틸렌 글리콜로 이루어져 있으며, 디올 단위의 5-20mole%가 디에틸렌 글리콜 단위로 이루어진 공중합 폴리에스테르 수지(b) 5~25 중량부와 테레프탈산 혹은 그 유도체와 에틸렌글리콜로 부터 얻어지는 폴리에스테르 중합체(c) 95~5 중량부로 이루어진 조성물을 연산시키는 것을 특징으로 한다.The present invention is a copolymer consisting of terephthalic acid as a dicarboxylic acid component and ethylene glycol as a diol component and 1,4-cyclohexane dimethanol, and 10 to 70 mole% of the diol units are composed of 1,4-cyclohexane dimethanol units.
