Abstract

방적기 공동에 크롬과 니켈층을 번갈아 도포하고 내식성 피막을 형성하기 위해 크롬과 니켈을 내부 열확산시켜 내식성 섬유유리 방적기를 제조한다.

섬유유리 방적기 공동에 대해 내부확산하는 크롬/니켈 내식성 피막

제2도는 방적기 공동면에 크롬이나 니켈복수층을 보여주는 제1도의 방적기 측면의 분해단면도.

Claims (20)

  1. 원통형 표면을 가진 다수의 공동을 포함하는 다공성벽으로된 방적기를 제공하고 번갈아서 공동면에 크롬과 니켈층을 도포하고 방적기를 크롬과 니켈층의 부분내부 확산될 시간과 적절한 온도까지 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내식성 섬유유리 방적기 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 크롬을 화학 증착법으로 도포하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 니켈을 비전해 도금법으로 도포하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 니켈을 화학증착법으로 도포하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 크롬층은 1 내지 50㎛ 두께인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 크롬층은 5 내지 25㎛ 두께인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 니켈층은 1 내지 50㎛ 두께인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 니켈층은 5 내지 25㎛ 두께인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 니켈층은 방적기 공동면에 직접 도포하는 것율 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 크롬층은 방적기 공동면에 직접 도포하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 크롬층과 니켈층 두께가 서로 다른 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 방적기를 최고 1200℃ 온도까지 가열하고 8시간까지 이 온도로 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 크롬층을 도포하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  14. 원통형면을 가진 다수의 공동을 포함한 다공성 벽으로된 방적기를 제공하고, 화학증착법과 비전해 도금법으로 공동면에 크롬층과 니켈층을 교대로 도포하고 이때 크롬층중 하나의 두깨는 5 내지 25㎛이고 니켈층중 하나의 두께는 5 내지 25㎛이며, 크롬과 니켈층을 부분적으로 내부 확산시키기 위해 1,200℃온도까지 또한 8시간까지 방적기를 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내식성 섬유유리 방적기 제조방법.
  15. 원통면을 가진 수개의 공동을 포함한 다공성벽과 공동표면에 부착된 크롬과 니켈의 내부확산 피막으로 구성된 내식성 섬유유리 방적기.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 내부확산 피막내 크롬의 평균 벌트농도는 5 내지 95중량 %인 것을 특징으로 하는 내식성 섬유유리 방적기.
  17. 제15항에 있어서, 내부확산 피막 두께는 10 내지 50㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 내식성 섬유유리 방적기.
  18. 원통면을 가진 수개의 공동을 포함하는 다공성벽과 공동표면에 부착된 크롬과 니켈의 부분적 내부확산 피막으로 구성되고 피막속으로 평균 크롬 벌크 농도는 35 내지 65중량%이고 피막 두께는 10내지 50㎛ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 내식성 섬유유리 방적기.
  19. 제1항에 따라 제조한 내식성 섬유유리 방적기.
  20. 제14항에 따라 제조한 내식성 섬유유리 방적기.
