Abstract

본 발명은 눈의 치료를 위한 생리학적 눈물 조성물에 관한 것이다. 조성물은 고정도를 갖고, 중탄산염 적어도 하나의 셀룰로오스 중합체 및 적어도 하나의 카르복시 비닐 중합체를 함유한다.

Claims (18)

  1. (a)11 내지 25mmo1/L농도의 칼륨 이온, (b)0.2 내지 0.5mmo1/L농도의 칼슘 이온; (c)0.15 내지 0.45mmo1/L농도의 마그네슘 이온 : (d)1 내지 36mmol/L농도의 중탄산염 이온 , 및 (e)(i)셀룰로오스 중합체, (ii)글리코사미글리칸, (iii)카르복시비닐 중합체로 구성된 군으로써 선택된 하나이상의 성분으로 이루어지고; (f)5 내지 10,000센티포아즈의 점도를 가지며; (I)적합한 용기내에서 조성물 성분들을 혼합시키는 단계; (Ⅱ)가압 반응 용기내에 조성물을 넣는 단계 , (Ⅲ)가압 반응 용기를, 가압 반응 용기의 폐쇄 시스템내에서 가스와 중탄산염사의 바람직한 평형 단계를 유도하기에 충분한 양의 가스로 채우는 단계; 및 (Ⅳ)가스와 중탄산염 사이의 평형 상태를 유지하기에 충분한 기간 동안 가압반응 용기의 내용물을 혼합시키는 단계에 의해 제조되는 안과학적 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 중탄산염 이온 농도가 6 내지 24mmo1/L임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 0.005 내지 0.015mmo1/L 농도의 아연 이온을 더 함유함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 칼륨 이온 농도가 17.4mmo1/L이고, 칼슘 농도가 0.36mmo1/L이괴, 마그네슘 이온농도가 0.31mmo1/L이고, 중탄산염 농도가 11.96mmo1/L임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, (a)칼륨 대 중탄산염의 몰농도비가 1:0.04 내지 1:3.27이고 ; (b)칼슘 대 마그네슘 몰농도비가 1;0.3 내지 1;2.25이고 ; (c)칼륨 대 칼슘의 몰농도비가 1: 0.008 내지 1:0.045이고, (d)중탄산염 대 칼숨의 몰농도비가 1:0.0056 내지 1:0.5임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 칼륨 대 중탄산염의 몰농도비가 1:0.68이고, 칼슘 대 마그네슘의 몰농도비가 1:0.86이고, 칼륨 대 칼슘의 몰농도비가 1:0.02이고, 중탄산염 대 칼슘의 몰농도비가 1:0.03임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, (a)칼륨 대 중탄산염의 몰농도비가 1:0.24 내지 1:2.18이고, (b)중탄산염 대 칼슘의 몰농도비가 1:0.008 내지 1:0.08임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 조성물 성분들을 혼합시키기 위한 적합한 용기가 가압반응 용기임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 가압 반응 용기의 내용물을 중탄산염의 상당한 손실없이 콘테이너내로 전달하는 단계를 더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 콘테이너가 그안에 함유된 가스에 대해 불투과성임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 콘테이너가 적충 호일 파우치로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 조성물이 3,000 내지 6,000 센티오아즈이 점도를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 셀룰로오스 중합체가 히드록시프로필 메틸 셀룰로오스, 히드록시 에틸 셀룰로오스, 히드록시 프로필 셀룰로오스 및 메틸 셀루로오스로 이루어지는 군으로 부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 카르복시 비닐 중합체와 카르보머 910, 카르보머 940, 카르보머 934p, 카르보머974p, 카르보머 980 및 카르보머 1342로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  15. 제1항에 있어서, 셀룰로오스 중합체가 히드록시프로필 메틸 세룰로오스로 이루어지고, 카르복시비닐 중합체가 카르보머 934p로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  16. 제1항에 있어서, 셀룰로오스 중합체가 0.5중량%의 농도로 존재함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  17. 제1항에 있어서, 카르복시 비닐 중합체가 0.175중량%의 농도로 존재함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  18. 제1항에 있어서, 글리코사미노글리칸이 0.1 내지 5중량%의 농도로 조성물중에 존재함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
