Abstract
본 발명은 내연기관의 복수의 실린더용 공기 흡입구부, 집합부 및 흡기관부가 서로 인접하여 형성되어 직접 접속되거나 격벽을 통하여 접속되어 있는 내연기관용의 공기도입 시스템을 제공한다. 엔진제어용 제어유닛은 공기 입구부의 하류측에 통로가 장착되어 있다.

Claims (15)
- 내연기관에 공기를 보내기 위한 흩기 도입부와, 상기 내연기관의 연소실에 공기를 도입하는 복수 개의 흡기통로를 가지는 흠기통로부로 이루어지는 내연기관의 흡기장치에 있어서, 적어도 제1과 제2의 공기실이 상기 흡기도입부와 상기 흠기통로부에 접속되고, 상기 적어도 제1과 제2의 공기실이 공기실이 공기흐름의 방향에 대하여 연속적으로 길이방향으로 각각 배치되고, 각각의 공기실은 각각 1개의 벽에 의하여 나누어짐과 동시에 그 벽은 공기가 흐르는 개구부를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 흡기장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 3개의 공기실이 길이방향으로 배치됨과 동시에, 각각 1개의 벽에 의하여 나누어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 홉기장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1과 제2의 공기실중 적어도 1개가 적어도 1개의 공기실을 제1과 제2의 길이방향의 부분으로 나누는 1개의 벽을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 흡기장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1과 제2의 공기실중 적어도 1개가 적어도 1개의 공기실을 제1과 제2의 길이방향의 부분으로 나누는 1개의 벽을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 홉기장치.

- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 콜렉터부는 상기 제1의 통로부로부터 도입되는 공기를 제1콜렉터 요소부에, 상기 제2의 통로부로부터 도입되는 공기를 제2콜렉터 요소부에 안내하는 길이방향의 1개의 벽을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 흡기장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 콜렉터부의 상기 벽은 상기 제1과 제2의 통로부의 사이에 개구부를 가지고, 그 개구부에는 밸브가 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 흡기장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 벽에 설치된 상기 개구부에 적어도 1개의 공기류 안내가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 흡기장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 벽에, 내연기관을 제어하는 적어도 1개의 제어유닛이 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 흡기장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1과 제2의 공기실중 적어도 1개의 내표면에, 상기 내연기관을 제어하는 적어도 1개의 제어유닛이 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 흡기장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1과 제2의 공기실중 적어도 1개에, 배기가스를 환류하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 흡기장치.
- 제1의 보디와, 그 제1의 보디에 접속되어 내연기관의 흡기장치를 구성하는 제2의 보디로 이루어짐과 동시에, 그 제2의 보디는 내연기관의 연소실에 공기를 안내하는 복수개의 홉기통로를 가지는 흡기 통로부를 가지고, 상기 제1의 보디는 상기 흡기통로부에 공기를 안내하는 적어도 제1과 제2의 공기통로를 가지고, 적어도 1개의 상기 적어도 제1과 체2의 공기통로는 길이방향의 1개의 벽에 의하여 제1과 제2의 공기실로 나누어지고, 그 벽의 일부분엔 개구부가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 흡기장치.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 제1과 제2의 공기통로중 적어도 1개의 적어도 1개소의 외표면이 요철부를 가지고, 상기 제1과 제2의 공기통로중 적어도 1개의 적어도 1개소의 내표면에 공기의 흐름을 원활하게 하는 슬로우프 형상부를 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 흡기장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임
