본 발명은 절대 건조 상태에서의 비중이, 머셀화함으로써, 1.45 내지 1.49로 조정되어 있는 셀룰로스 섬유로 구성된 잉크젯 날염용 포백에 관한 것이다.

Claims (11)

  1. 포백의 절대 건조 상태에서의 비중이 머셀화에 의해 1.45 내지 1.49로 조정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 셀룰로스 섬유로 이루어진 잉크젯 날염용 포백.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 면 100% 임을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 날염용 포백 .
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 섬유의 평균 길이가 25 내지 60mm이고, 섬유의 평균 굵기가 0.6 내지 2.2 데니르이고, 함수율이 13.5 내지 108.5%인 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 날염용 포백.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 포백의 절대 건조 상태의 중량을 기준으로 1종 이상의 알칼리성 물질이 0.01 내지 5중량% 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 날염용 포백.
  5. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 포백의 절대 건조 상태의 중량을 기준으로, 수용성 금속염, 수용성 중합체, 요소 및 티오요소로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 물질이 0.01 내지 20 중량% 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 날염을 포백.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항의 잉크젯 날염용 포백에 잉크-제트 시스템에 의해 날염용 잉크를 부여하고, 상기 포백을 염색 처리하고, 이어서 이렇게 처리된 포백을 세정하는 것으로 이루어진 포백 날염 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 잉크-제트 시스템이 열 에너지를 사용한 잉크젯 시스템인 것을 특징으로 하는 포백 날염 방법.
  8. 제6항에 기재된 잉크젯 날염 방법에 의해 날염한 날염물.
  9. 제8항에 기재된 날염물을 더 가공하여 얻어진 가공품.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 날염물을 원하는 크기로 자르고, 잘려진 조각에 최종 가공품을 얻기 위해 필요한 가공을 수행하여 얻어진 가공품.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 최종적인 가공품을 얻기 위한 공정이 봉제임을 특징으로 하는 가공품.
