Abstract

본 발명은 고체윤활 베어링 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 좀 더 상세하게는 천연흑연 및/또는 이황화몰리브덴분말 표면위에 금속피막을 형성시키는 단계 :상기 윤활성 금속분말을 기저철판에 도포시키고 소결시켜 윤활성 금속분말 소결층을 형성시키는 단계 ; 및 다공성 수지에 천연흑연 및 이황화몰리브덴을 혼합하여 상기 윤활성 금속분말 소결층에 함침시켜 윤활제층을 형성시키는 단계로 구성되어 윤활성이 우수하고 마모가 적으며 중, 고속용 기계장치로 사용가능한 고체윤활 베어링 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 천연흑연 및/또는 이황화몰리브덴분말 표면위에 금속피막을 형성시키는 단계 , 상기 윤활성 금속분말을 기저철판에 도포시키고 소결시켜 윤활성 금속분말 소결층을 형성시키는 단계 ; 및 다공성 수지에 천연흑연 및/또는 이황화몰리브덴을 혼합하여 상기 윤활성 금속분말 소결층에 함침시켜 윤활제층을 형성시키는 단계로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 고체윤활 베어링의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속피막이 청동, 니켈 및 구리로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나임을 특징으로 하는 고체윤활 베어링의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 윤활제층 형성단계에서 사용된 다공성 수지가 불소수지 또는 폴리아세탈수지임을 특징으로 하는 고체윤활 베어링의 제조방법.
  4. 기저철판, 그위에 천연혹연 및/또는 이황화몰리브덴 분말위에 금속피막이 형성된 것을 도포시키고 소결된 층 및 상기 금속분말소결층에 천연흑연 및/또는 이황화몰리브덴이 혼합된 다공성 수지를 함침시켜서 제조된 윤활제층으로 구성된 고체윤활 베어링.
