Abstract

미끄러짐 표면 베어링용 다층 재료는 금속 지지층, 베어링 금속의 소성된 다공성 베어링층. 및 PTFE 및 금속 충진재 5내지 30%의 혼합물로 구성되고 또한 베어링층의 기공을 충진하는 저-마찰층으로 구성된다. 마모를 감소시키기 위해 PTFE 및 금속 충진재의 혼합물은 또한 PVDF 5 내지 40부피%를 함유한다.

Claims (4)

  1. 금속 지지층, 미끄러짐 표면 베어링용 금속으로 구성되고 지지층에 소성-결합된 다공 베어링 층, 및 또한 베어링층의 기공을 완전히 채우고 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌(PTFE) 및 금속 충진재 5 내지 30부피%의 혼합물로 이루어진 저마찰층으로 구성되는, 미끄러짐 표면 베어링용 다층 재료로서, PTFE 및 금속충진재의 혼합물이 또한 폴리비닐리덴 불화물(PVDF) 5 내지 40% 부피%를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 미끄러짐 표면 베어링용 다층 재료.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 저-마찰 층이 >30마이크로미터 내지 80마이크로미터 이하의 두께를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 미끄러짐 표면 베어링용 다층 재료.
  3. 제1 및 2항에 있어서, 저-마찰 층의 미끄러짐 표면이 윤활제 포켓을 갖도록 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 미끄러짐 표면 베어링용 다층 재료.
  4. 1 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 따른 다층 재료로 제조된 미끄러짐 표면 베어링.
