Abstract

본 발명은 대나무통을 이용하여 훈제바베큐를 만드는 것이다.
1. 대나무통을 마디를 밑면으로 하여 자른다.
2. 쇠고기에는 배즙을, 돼지고기에는 새우분말을, 염소고기에는 생강즙을, 오리고기나 칠면조에는 인삼즙을, 닭고기에는 황기분말이나 인삼즙을, 개고기에는 살구씨 분말을 주양념으로하여 무친후 1의 대나무 통속에 다져 넣는다.
3. 고기가 든 대나무통을 장작불이나 가스불로 구워낸다.
4. 구운후 직접 먹거나 보관후 데워서 먹는다.

  1. 대나무 속에 쇠고기, 돼지고기, 개고기, 닭고기, 염소고기, 칠면조고기 등을 살구씨, 배즙, 인삼즙, 새우분말, 마늘즙, 양파즙, 정종, 황기 등에 죽염 또는 소염등이 혼합된 양념으로 무쳐서 다져놓고 장작불 또는 깨스불에 구원 낸 대나무 훈제바베큐의 제조법.
