Abstract

방진 고무는, 통모양의 엘라스토머와, 금속등으로 이루어진 통모양의 내측고정부재 및 외측고정부재로 구성된다. 내측고정부재 및 외측고정부재에는 플랜지부가 형성되어 있다. 외측고정부재 보다 지름이 작은 내측고정부재는, 엘라스토머의 내경쪽에 고정되고, 외측고정부재는 엘라스토머의 외경쪽에 고정되어 있다. 엘라스토머는 열전도율이 1.3×10-3~7.1×10-3cal/cm.sec.℃이거나 또는 고무 100 중량부에 대하여 흑연 50~200 중량부를 함유하는 고무 조성물로 이루어진다. 이러한 방진 고무는 방진효과를 저하시키지 않고 축에 직각방향의 스프링 정수를 크게 할 수 있어, 모터의 변위를 작게하여 위치결정의 정밀도를 향상시킬 수 있다. 또 모터에서 발생한 열을 효과적으로 방열시킬 수 있어, 모터의 온도상승을 억제할 수 있다.

Claims (8)

  1. 통모양의 엘라스토머와, 경질재료로 이루어지고, 상기 엘라스토머의 내면에 고정된 플렌지부를 갖는 통모양의 내측고정부재와, 경질재료로 이루어지고, 상기 엘라스토머의 외면에 고정된 플랜지부를 갖는 통모양의 외측고정부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터용 방진고무,
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 축방향과 축에 직각인 방향의 스프링 정수비(定數比)가 1 : 1~1 : 3인 것을 특징으로 하는 모터용 방진 고무.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 엘라스토머는 열전도율이 1.3×10-3~7.1×10-3cal/cm.sec.℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 모터용 방진 고무.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 엘라스토머는 고무 100 중량부에 대하여 흑연 50~200 중량부를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터용 방진 고무.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 엘라스토머는 열전도율이 1.3×10-3~7.1×10-3cal/cm.sec.℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 모터용 방진 고무.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 엘라스토머는 고무 100 중량부에 대하여 흑연 50~200 중량부를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터용 방진 고무.
  7. 열전도율이 1.3×10-3~7.1×10-3cal/cm.sec.℃인 통모양의 엘라스토머와, 경질재료로 이루어지고 상기 엘라스토머를 협착시키면서 고정된 플랜지부를 갖는 제1 및 제2 고정부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터용 방진 고무.
  8. 고무 100 중량부에 대하여 흑연 50~200 중량부를 함유하는 통모양의 엘라스토머와, 경질재료 이루어지고 상기 엘라스토머를 협착시키면서 고정된 플랜지부를 갖는 제 1 및 제2의 고정부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터용 방진 고무.
