Abstract
본 발명은 불소 수지로 제조된 성형품의 표면에 자외선 레이져 빔을 자외선 흡수 화합물 및 불소계면촬성제의 존재하에 조사시키는 것으로 구성되는 불소 수지로 제조된 성형품 표면의 개질 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 방법에 따르면, 불소 수지로 제조된 성형품 표면의 접착성 및 습윤성등이 현저하게 개선될 수 있다.

Claims (7)
- 불소 수지로 제조된 성형품의 표면에 자외선 레이져 빔을 자외선 흡수 화합물 및 불소계면활성제 존재하에 조사하는 것으로 구성되는 불소수지로 제조된 성형품 표면의 개질방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 자외선 흡수 화합물이 방향족 자외선 흡수 화합물인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 방향쪽 자외선 흡수 화합물이 방향족 탄화수소, 방향족 카르복실산 및 그의 염, 방향족 알데히드, 방향쪽 알콜, 방향족 아민 및 그의 염, 방향족술폰산및 그의 염, 및 페놀로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 일종이상의 화합물인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서. 불소계면활성제가 퍼플루오로알킬포스페이트, 퍼플루오로알킬카르복실레이트, 퍼플루오로알킬 트리메틸 암모늄 염, 퍼플루오로알킬베타인, 퍼플루오로알킬아민 옥사이드, 및 퍼플루오로알킬 에틸렌 옥사이드 부가물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 일종이상의 불소화합물인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 자외선 레이져 빔이 ArF-엑시머 레이져 빔, KrF-엑시머 레이져 빔 또는 XeCl-엑시머 레이져 빔인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 불소수지로 제조된 성형품의 표면이 자외선 흡수화합물 및 불소계면활성제의 수용액으로 코팅되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 불소수지로 제조된 성형품의 표면이 자외선 흡수 화합물 및 블소계면활성제의 저급 알콜용액으로 코팅되는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
