하기 아이노산배열군으로부터 선택된 아미노산배열을 적어도 1함유하는 염증친화성 펩티드, 단, A, C, E, G, I, K, L, N, P, Q, R, S, T, V, 및 Y는 1문자표시의 아미노산을 나타낸다.
LLGGPS, LLGGPSV, KEYKAKVSNKALPAPIEKTISK, KEYKCKVSNKALPAPIEKTISK, KTKPREQQY NSTYR 및 KTKPREQQYNSTYRVV.
본 발명에서는 염증부위이미징에 유용하고, 제조조작성이 용이하며 투여후 특시 염증부위에 집적되고, 뇨로의 제거율이 우수한 펩티드, 그 화학수식체, 그 방사성 금속표지 펩티드, 그 펩티드를 함유하는 방사성진단제가 제공 된다. 이미징은 투여후 수십분내에 가능하다.

Claims (11)

  1. 하기 아미노산배열중 하나이상을 포함하여 구성된 염증친화성 펩티드.
    LLGGPS, LLGGPSV, KEYKAKVSNKALPAPIEKTISK, KEYKCKVSNKALPAPIEKTISK, KTKPR
    EQQYNSTYR 및 KTKPREQQYNSTYRVV, 단, A, C. E. G. I. K, L. N, P, Q, R, S, T, V, 및 Y는 1문자표시의 아미노산 잔기를 표시한다.
  2. 제1항의 염증친화성 펩티드에 2관능성(bifunctional)가교제가 결합되어 구성된 염증친화성 펩티드유도체.
  3. 제1항의 염증친화성 펩티드에 2관능성(bifunctional)배위자가 결합되어 구성된 염증친화성 펩티드유도체.
  4. 제2항의 염증친화성 펩티드에 2관능성가교제를 통해 캐리어가 결합되어 구성된 염증친화성 펩티드유도체.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 2관능성배위자가 상기 캐리어에 결합되어 있는 염증친화성 펩티드유도체.
  6. 제2항, 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 상기 2관능성가교제가 술포숙신이미딜 4-(N-말레이미드메틸)시클로헥산-1-카르복실레이트, 3-말레이미드벤조산N-히드록시숙신이미드에스테르, N-(ε-말레이미드카프로일옥시)숙신이미드 및 숙신이미딜 4- (P-말레이미드페닐)부틸레이트중 하나인 염증친화성 펩티드유도체.
  7. 제3항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 상기 2관능성배위자가 디에틸렌트리아민 5초산, 에틸렌디아민 4초산 및 1,4,7,10-테트라아자시클로도데칸-1-아미노에틸카펀바모일메틸-4,7,10-트리스[(R,S)-메틸초산]중 하나인 염증친화성 펩티드유도체.
  8. 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 상기 캐리어가 폴리라이신 또는 키토산인 염증친화성 펩티드유도체.
  9. 제1항, 제3항, 제5항 또는 제7항의 펩티드 또는 그 유도체에 방사성금속이온이 배위된 방사성금속표지펩티드.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 방사성금속이온이 테크네튬-99m 또는 인듐-111인 방사성금속표지펩티드.
  11. 제9항 또는 제10항의 방사성금속 표지 펩티드를 함유하는 방사성진단제.
