Abstract
입자가 고정상 촉매시스템내에서 다른 혼합비율의 공극이 큰 입자와 공극이 작은 입자를 가지는 다른층들로 층을 이룬 구조를 얻도록 촉매베드의 다른 층들에서 다른 양으로 혼합되는, 공극이 큰 촉매입자와 공극이 작은 촉매입자의 물리적 혼합으로 이루어진 수소처리 촉매의 고정상 촉매시스템을 통하여 공급원료를 통과시키는 탄화수소 공급원료의 수소처리를 위한 방법 및 촉매시스템.

제4도는 크기배합된 베드에서 얻어진 침착프로파일을 나타낸다
Claims (6)
- 공극이 큰 촉매입자와 공극이 작은 촉매입자의 물리적 혼합으로 이루어진 탄화수소 공급원료의 수소처리를 위한 촉매시스템에 있어서, 입자는 고정상 촉매시스템내에서 다른 혼합비율의 공극이 큰입자와 공극이 작은 입자를 가지는 다른 층들로 층을 이룬 구조를 얻도록 촉매베드의 다른 층들에서 다른 양으로 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 공극이 큰 촉매입자는 링, 웨곤휠 및 복수의 내부채널이 있는 물체의 형태를 가지는 입자의 군으로부터 선택되고, 공극이 작은 촉매입자는 원통형, 삼엽형 및 구형의 형태를 가지는 입자의 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고정상 촉매시스템이 링형과 삼엽형 입자로된 혼합층, 링형입자로된 상층 및 삼엽형 입자로 된 하층으로 연속층을 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매시스템.
- 제3항에 있어서, 혼합층이 삼엽형 입자와 각각 혼합된 85중량%와 60%중랑 링형 입자로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매시스템.
- 제3항에 있어서, 혼합층이 삼엽형 입자와 각각 혼합된 85중량%와 48중량% 링형입자로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매시스템.
- 탄화수소 공급원료의 수소처리 방법에 있어서, 입자가 고정상 촉매시스템내에서 다른 혼합비율의 공극이 큰입자와 공극이 작은 입자를 가지는 다른층들로 층을 이룬 구조를 얻도록 촉매베드의 다른 층들에서 다른 양으로 혼합되는, 공극이 큰 촉매입자와 공극이 작은 촉매입자의 물리적 혼합으로 이루어진 수소처리 촉매의 고정상 촉매시스템을 통하여 공급원료를 통과시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 수소처리방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
