Abstract

본 발명은 전자레인지의 자동해동방법에 관한 것으로, 종래에는 해동물의 양이 많은 것을 기준으로 하면 해동물이 적은쪽이 익는 다든지 해동물이 적은것을 기준으로 하면 해동물이 많은것이 덜익는다든지 하는 문제점이 있었다.
따라서 종래의 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 본 발명은 해동시 추가가열시간을 결정함에 있어서 일시정지구간을 두고 센서의 출력 상태를 감지하여 그에따라 추가가열시간을 결정할 수 있도록 하여 최적의 해동을 할 수 있도록 한다.

제2도는 제1도에 있어서, 전자레인지의 자동해동제어방법에 대한 제어흐름도.

Claims (3)

  1. 초기가열이 설정시간 경과했는가를 체크하여 경과했으면 초기가 열을 완료하고 경과하지 않았으면 계속해서 가열을 행하는 초기가 열단계와, 이 초기가열단계가 완료된후 가스센서(10)의 출력이 임의의 값에 도달하면 미리 설정된 시간동안 가열을 중지하고, 도달하지 않았으면 초기가열을 일정시간동안 행하는 센서출력감지단계와, 이 센서출력감지단계에서 가열중지시간 경과시 센서출력의 변화분(△G)으로서 추가가열시간을 계산하여 그 시간동안 추가가열을 행하는 추가가열시간계산단계와, 이 추가가열시간계산단계 이후 추가가열시간이 종료되면 해동을 완료하는 해동완료단계로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 전자레인지의 자동해동방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 추가가열시간계산단계에서 추가가열시간(T2)은 T2=(△G-a)×b: a, b는 가열실 및 고주파출력에 따라 달라지는 상수, 로 구할 수 있도록 함을 특징으로 하는 전자레인지의 자동 해동방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 추가가열시간계산단계에서 센서출력변화분을 일정한 값으로 설정해놓고 이 값에 도달할때까지의 시간을 계산아여 추가가열의 여부 및 추가가열시간을 계산할 수 있도록 함을 특징으로 하는 전자레인지의 자동해동방법.
