Abstract

본 발명은 지지체상에 금속 니켈 및 산화 니켈 형태로 침착된 니켈을 포함하는 재료 위로 재순환된 올레핀을 통과시키는 것을 포함하는 올레핀 중합방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 의해 촉매 수율이 향상되고, 중합체 성질의 보다 양호한 조절이 얻어진다.

Claims (3)

  1. 적어도 하기 단계들을 포함하는 올레핀의 중합 방법; (ⅰ)탄화수소 공급 원료에 함유된 경올레핀의 일부를 지글러-나타형(Ziegler-Natta type)촉매에 의해 중합체로 전환시키는 단계; (ⅱ)상기 중합체를 반응되지 않은 공급 원료로부터 분리하는 단계; (ⅲ)금속 니켈 및 산화니켈의 형태로 지지체 재료상에 침착된 니켈을 포함하는 재료위로 상기 반응되지 않은 공급 원료를 통과시키는 단계; 및 (ⅳ)공브 원료를 단계(ⅰ)로 재순환시키는 단계.
  2. 반응되지 않은 올레핀을 재순환시키면서, 지글러-나타형 촉매에 의해 올레핀을 중합시키는 방법에 있어서, 지지체 재료상에 금속 니켈 및 산화 니켈 형태로 침착된 니켈을 포함하는 재료위로 재순환된 올레핀을 통과시키는 단계로 이루어진 개량 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 금속 니켈이 상기 재료의 6중량%이하도 50중량%이상도 나타내지 않으며, 상기 재료가 40내지 70중량%의 니켈(전체 중량 Ni+NiO) 및 30 내지 60중량%의 지지체를 포함할 것을 조건으로, 금속 니켈 대 산화 니켈의 중량비가 0.4내지 2.0인 방법.
