Abstract

기계식으로 함께 체결되는 사실상 강성인 이중 열가소성 탄성중합체 캐리어부품 및 탄성중합체 밀봉 삽입체를 갖고 있는 플러쉬 유리 창문 밀봉체가 개시된다. 캐리어 부품들은 대체로 U자형 자동차 개구부에 부합하도록 단일 조작으로 압출 및 성형되고, 삽입체는, 캐리어 속으로 삽입되기 전에, 그 위에 활주면을 적용하기에 적합한 대체로 납작한 형상으로 압출된다.

Claims (28)

  1. 자동차의 차체와 이동가능한 창문 패널 사이에 밀봉체를 형성하기 위한 플러쉬 유리 창문 밀봉체에 있어서, 제1기부 및 제1 및 제2 레그들에 의해 한정된, 자동차의 차체에 창문 밀봉체를 부착시키기 위한 대체로 U자형 제1 부분과, 제2 기부, 상기 제2 레그 및 제3 레그에 의해 한정된 역 U자형 형상의 유리 주행 채널부와, 제2 및 제3레그들의 단부에서 제1 및 제2 장착 채널들을 형성하기 위한 제2 및 제3 레그들 상의 제1 및 제2 내향 현수 연장부들을 갖고 있는 사실상 강성 플라스틱 캐리어 부착 본체와; 창문 패널과 활주가능한 밀봉체를 형성하기 위한 두 개 이상의 탄성 밀봉면과, 유리 주행 채널내에 삽입체를 고착시키기 위해 캐리어의 제1 및 제2 장착 채널들과 결합하는 제1 및 제2 앵커링 로브들을 갖고 있는, 유리 주행 채널내에 설치된 U자형 탄성 삽입체를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플러쉬 유리 창문 밀봉체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 플라스틱 캐리어 부착 본체는 열가소성 탄성중합체를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플러쉬 유리 창문 밀봉체.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 열가소성 탄성중합체는 스티렌 블록 공중합체들, 고무-폴리 올레핀 혼합물들, 탄성중합체 합금들, 열가소성 합금들, 열가소성 탄성중합체 합금들, 열가소성 단량체들, 열가소성 폴리우레탄들, 염화 폴리비닐 및 그들의 혼합물들로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플러쉬 유리 창문 밀봉체.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 플라스틱 캐리어 부착 본체는 다른 듀로미터 값을 갖는 두 개의 열가소성 탄성중합체를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플러쉬 유리 창문 밀봉체.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 플라스틱 캐리어 부착 본체는 동시압출된 일체식 유닛을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플러쉬 유리 창문 밀봉체.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 플라스틱 캐리어 부착 본체는 성형된 일체식 유닛을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플러쉬 유리 창문 밀봉체.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 자동차 차체 상에 플랜지를 결합하기 위해 상기 제1 및 제2레그들 상에 하나 이상의 열가소성 탄성중합체 돌기부들을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플러쉬 유리 창문 밀봉체.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 돌기부의 듀로미터 값이 상기 레그들과 다른 것을 특징으로 하는 플러쉬 유리 창문 밀봉체.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 캐리어 부착 본체의 유리 본체의 유리 주행 채널 부분의 기부는 자동차 차체에 밀봉체를 형성하기 위한 제1 및 제2 돌기부들을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플러쉬 유리 창문 밀봉체.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 캐리어 부착 본체는 자동차 차체에 밀봉체를 형성하기 위한 하나 이상의 부가적인 열가소성 탄성중합체 돌기부를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플러쉬 유리 창문 밀봉체.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 탄성 삽입체는 고무 삽입체를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플러쉬 유리 창문 밀봉체.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 고무 삽입체는 EPDM 고무를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플러쉬 유리 창문 밀봉체.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 삽입체는 캐리어에 의해 U자형으로 형성되어 유지되는 대체로 납작한 부재를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플러쉬 유리 창문 밀봉체.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 삽입체는 그 길이부를 가로질러 복수 개의 슬릿들을 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 플러쉬 유리 창문 밀봉체.
  15. 제13항에 있어서, 삽입체는 코너들이 천공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플러쉬 유리 창문 밀봉체.
  16. 제1항에 있어서, 삽입체는 밀봉면 상에 활주면을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플러쉬 유리 창문 밀봉체.
  17. 제1항에 있어서, 캐리어 부착 본체는 본체의 유리 주행 채널 부분의 강성도를 보강하기 위한 금속 박판을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플러쉬 유리 창문 밀봉체.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 금속 박판은 알루미늄 박판인 것을 특징으로 하는 플러쉬 유리 창문 밀봉체.
  19. 제1항에 있어서, 캐리어 부착 본체는 본체의 수축을 감소시키기 위한 하나 이상의 유리섬유 코드를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플러쉬 유리 창문 밀봉체.
  20. 제1항에 있어서, 유리 주행 채널의 제2 레그로부터 제3 레그를 향해 연장하는 제1의 큰 경사진 밀봉 로브와, 제3 레그로부터 제2 레그를 향하여 연장하는 제2의 작은 밀봉 로브를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플러쉬 유리 창문 밀봉체.
  21. 제1항에 있어서, 캐리어 부착 본체와 탄성 삽입체는 기계식으로 함께 체결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플러쉬 유리 창문 밀봉체.
  22. 제21항에 있어서, 삽입체는 두 개의 앵커링 로브들을 구비하고, 캐리어 부착 본체는 앵커링 로브들을 결합하기 위한 두 개의 만곡된 연장부들을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플러쉬 유리 창문 밀봉체.
  23. 플러쉬 유리 창문 밀봉체를 조립하는 방법에 있어서, 탄성 삽입체를수납하기 위해 단일 조각의 대체로 U자형 형상으로 사실상 강성의 이중 듀로미터 열가소성 탄성중합체 캐리어를 형성하도록 다른 듀로미터 값들을 갖는 열가소성 탄성중합체들을 동시 압출하고; 상기 열가소성 탄성중합체 캐리어를 위한 대체로 납작한 탄성 삽입체를 압출하고; 상기 탄성 중합체를 대체로 U자형 형상으로 접고; 삽입체를 캐리어에 기계식으로 고정하기 위해 상기 접혀진 삽입체를 캐리어 속으로 가압하는 것을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플러쉬 유리 창문 밀봉체 조립 방법.
  24. 제23항에 있어서, 대체로 납작한 탄성 삽입체를 플로킹하는 것을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플러쉬 유리 창문 밀봉체 조립 방법.
  25. 제23항에 있어서, 압출된 탄성 삽입체를 경화시키는 것을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플러쉬 유리 창문 밀봉체 조립 방법.
  26. 플러쉬 유리 창문 밀봉체를 조립하는 방법에 있어서, 탄성 삽입체를 수납하기 위해 단일 조각의 대체로 U자형 형상으로 사실상 강성의 이중 듀로미터 열가소성 탄성중합체 캐리어를 형성하도록 다른 듀로미터 값들을 갖는 열가소성 탄성중합체들을 성형하고; 상기 열가소성 탄성중합체 캐리어를 위한 대체로 납작한 탄성 삽입체를 압출하고; 상기 탄성 중합체를 대체로 U자 형상으로 접고; 삽입체를 캐리어에 기계식으로 고정하기 위해 상기 접혀진 삽입체를 캐리어 속으로 가압하는 것을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플러쉬 유리 창문 밀봉체 조립 방법.
  27. 제26항에 있어서, 대체로 납작한 탄성 삽입체를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플러쉬 유리 창문 밀봉체 조립 방법.
  28. 제26항에 있어서, 압출된 탄성 삽입체를 경화시키는 것을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플러쉬 유리 창문 밀봉체 조립 방법.
