Abstract

본 발명은 한국산 당귀, 바디나물, 기름나물 및 기타 다른 식물로부터 분리하거나 화학적으로 합성하여 수득한 데커신의 항암제로서의 용도에 관한 것이다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 여러 종류의 암세포주 및 정상세포에 대한 데커신의 효과를 비교·분석한 도면이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 하기 구조식을 갖는 데커신(decursin)을 유효성분으로 포함하는 항암제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 데커신이 한국산 당귀(Angelica gigas Nakai), 바디나물(Angelica decursiva Fr. et Sav.) 또는 기름나물(Peucedanum terebinthaceum Fischer et Turcz.)로 부터 추출한 것인 항암제.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 인간의 자궁암, 만성 백혈병, 간암 또는 대장암을 치료하기 위한 항암제.
