Abstract

본 발명은 은행잎 또는 인동으로부터 얻은 바이후라보노이드(biflavonoid)가 항암작용을 가지는 것을 발견하여 이를 함유하는 항암제를 발명하게 된 것이다.
종래 이들 후라보노이드는 항염증, 항알러지, 항류마티성 작용만이 알려져 있으나, 이들 후라보노이드중 바이후라보노이드 및 그의 유도체가 특히 항암작용이 있음을 발명한 것이다.
본 발명은 바이후라보노이드 및 그의 유도체
오크나후라본 등을 약학적으로 허용되는 첨가제와로 된 암치료작용제에 관한 것임.
이 바이후라보노이드 및 그의 유도체들은 암세포의 성장을 현저히 억제하는 작용을 가지고 있으며 특히 백혈병, 림프암 등의 혈액암 치료제로 주목된다.

Claims (1)

  1. 하기 구조 (1) 및 (2)를 갖는 바이후라보노이드 및 그의 유도체들의 약학적으로 허용되는 첨가제와로 된 암치료작용제.
    상기식에서,
    I. R1, R2, R4가 CH3이고, R3가 H일때는 사이아도피티신(sciadopitysin)
    II. R1, R2,가 CH3이고, R3, R4가 H일때는 깅제틴(ginkgetin)
    III. R1, R3가 H이고, R2, R4가 CH3일때는 이소깅제틴(isoginkgetin)
    IV. R1, R2, R4가 H이고, R2가 CH3일때는 바이로배틴(bilobetin)
    V. R1, R2, R3, R4가 H일때는 아멘토플라본(amentoflavone)이다.
