본 고안은 관이음구에 관한 것이다.
이를 더욱 상세히 설명하면 난방 호스와 같은 관체를 몸체의 좌우 관끼움부에 끼움한 후 너트로 나사 조임하지 않고 조임구를 원터치식으로 끼움하여 조임 할 수 있게 한 관 이음구에 관한 것이다.
종래의 난방 호스와 같은 관이음구는 이음구 몸체와 좌우측에 관끼움흠을 형성하여 관체를 끼움한 후 이 끼움홈의 외주에 형성된 나사부에 오링을 개재시켜 조임 너트로 나사 조임하였기 때문에 제작상 난점이 있어 이는 원가 상승의 요인이 되고 있을 뿐만 아니라 시공상 비능률성은 시공비 상승의 요인이 되고 있었던 것이다.
본 고안은 이상의 문제점을 해결하고자 안출한 것으로 이의 고안 요지는 몸체의 중앙부에 형성된 걸림링 좌우측에 관끼움부를 형성하여 이 끼움부에 끼움된 관체의 조임구를 원터치식으로 끼움하면 끼움부에 끼움된 관체가 내향 이동하여 이의 선단부는 외향 절곡되고, 내측 주벽에는 조임부 내주벽 선단부에 요입된 요입홈에 의해 걸림턱이 형성되게 한 것이다.
이를 도면에 의거 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
몸체(1)의 중앙부에 형성된 요입부(2)의 좌우측에 걸림링(3)를 개재시킨 관끼움부(4)가 형성되고, 이 관끼움부(4)에는 다수의 걸림턱(4')이 일정 간격으로 돌설되며, 좌우 끼움부(4)에 끼움되게한 조임구(5)의 외측단 주벽에는 요입부(6)가 형성되고, 내측단에는 환상 요입홈(5")과 경사면(5')이 형성되어진 구조이다.
미설명 부호 7은 관체, 7'는 절곡부, 7"는 걸림턱이다.
이상과 같이 구성된 본 고안은 난방 호스와 같은 관체를 이음하는 관이음구를 사용하는 것인바 이를 사용할시는 먼저 관체(7)의 선단부에 조임구(5)를 끼움한 것을 통상의 집게처럼 생긴 공구를 조임구(5)의 요입부(6)에 협지시킨 상태에서 조임구(5)를 몸체(1)의 중심 방향으로 밀어 넣으면 조임구(5)가 관끼움부(4) 내측으로 이동할 때 생긴 압력에 의해 조임구(5)의 내선단 경사면(5')에는 관체(7)의 절곡부(7')가 생기고 조임구(5)의 환상 요입홈(5")에는 관체(7)의 걸림턱(7")이 생겨서 끼움된 상태를 견고히 함과 동시 수밀성을 확실히 해준다.
이상과 같이 본 고안은 관체(7)를 이음구 몸체(1)에 이음함에 있어 종래와는 달리 조임 너트를 이용하지 않고 조임구(5)를 원터치식으로 끼움하면 관체(7)의 선단부에는 절곡부(7')와 돌출턱(7")이 생겨 관체(7)의 끼움 상태 및 수밀 상태를 확실히 하여 주기 때문에 시공상 및 제작상에도 간편하게 매우 실용적이다.

  1. 몸체(1)의 중앙부에 형성된 요입부(2)의 좌우측에는 걸림링(3)을 개재시킨 다수의 걸림턱(4')이 있는 관끼움부(4)가 형성되고 관끼움부(4)에 끼움된 관체를 조임 할 수 있게 한 조임구(5)의 외측단 외주벽에는 요입부(6)가 형성되고, 내측단에는 경사면(5') 및 링형 요입홈(5')이 형성되어진 관 이음구.
