Abstract
본 발명에 따른 석탄의 액화방법은, (a)분쇄된 석탄과 용제로부터 석탄슬러리를 제조하는 공정; (b)석탄을 코크스로에서 건류하는 때에 발생하는 코크스로 가스를 압축하여 압축된 코크스로 가스로 하는 공정; (c)상기 석탄슬러리와 상기 압축된 코크스로 가스를 반응탑에서 고온고압하에서 반응시켜 액화생성물을 형성하는 공정; (d)상기 액화생성물을 사용 종료된 가스와 액화슬러리로 분별하는 공정; 그리고 (e)상기 액화슬러리를 증류하여 액화유와 용제정제탄을 형성하는 공정으로 이루어진다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 일 실시예의 설명도이고,
제2도는 본 발명에 따른 다른 실시예의 설명도이다.
Claims (6)
- (a)분쇄된 석탄과 용제로부터 석탄슬러리를 만드는 공정; (b)수소를 포함하는 가스를 압축하여 압축된 가스로 만드는 공정; (c)상기 석탄슬러리와 상기 압축된 가스를 반응탑에서 고온 고압하에서 반응시켜 액화생성물을 형성하는 공정; (d)상기 액화생성물을 사용종료된 가스와 액화슬러리로 분별하는 공정; 그리고, (e)상기 액화슬러리를 증류하여 액화유와 용제정제탄을 형성하는 공정으로 이루어지는 석탄의 액화방법에 있어서, 상기 공정(b)의 수소를 포함하는 가스가 석탄을 코크스로에서 건류할 때 발생하는 코크스로가스인 것을 특징으로 하는 석탄의 액화방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 공정(b)에서의 가스의 압축은 사용종료된 가스가 갖는 압력에너지를 변환함으로써 얻어진 기계동력에 의해 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 석탄의 액화방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 압력에너지의 기계동력으로의 변환이 가스팽창기에 의해 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 석탄의 액화방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 공정(a)에서 만들어진 석탄슬러리와 공정(c)에서 형성된 액화생성물과를 열매체유를 통해 열교환시키는 것에 의해 상기 석탄슬러리를 예열하는 공정을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 석탄의 액화방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 석탄슬러리의 제조는, 분쇄된 석탄에 물을 가하여 석탄과 물의 슬러리를 만드는 공정; 석탄과 물의 슬러리에 액화유를 혼합하여 탄질분과 액화유로 이루어지는 혼합물과, 회분과 물로 이루어지는 혼합물로 분리하는 공정; 상기 탄질분과 액화유로 이루어지는 혼합물에 다시 액화유를 가하는 공정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 석탄의 액화방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코크스로 가스는, 코크스로 가스와 스팀을 촉매의 존재하에서 반응시키는 공정; 상기 반응후의 가스 중의 CO와 H2O를 반응시켜 H2와 CO2로 공정에 의해 수소농도가 상승한 개질된 코크스로 가스인 것을 특징으로 하는 석탄의 액화방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
