Abstract

본 발명은 난연성 폴리아미드수지 조성물에 관한 것으로, 특히 난연제로서 시아눌산멜라민을 함유하는 폴리아미드수지 조성물에 특정의 비스카프로락탐화합물과 나트륨벤젠포스피네이트를 더 함유시키는 것으로 구성되며, 이와 같이 구성된 본 발명의 폴리아미드수지 조성물은 우수한 난연성, 열안정성과 기계적강성을 유지하며, 수지와의 우수한 사용성으로 인해 가공시 분해되지 않으며, 고온다습한 조건에서 장시간 사용해도 성형제품의 표면에 난연제의 블루밍 현상이 발생하지 않고, 유동성이 우수한 등의 장점이 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. 폴리아미드수지 조성물에 있어서, 폴리아미드수지 100중량부에 대해 시아눌산멜라민 3-20 중량부와 하기의 식(A)로 표시되는 비스카프로락탐 화합물 0.1-5중량부 및 나트륨벤젠포스피네이트 0.05-2중량부를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리아미드수지 조성물.

  2. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리아미드수지는 나일론 6, 나일론 66, 나일론 6/66 공중합체 중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리아미드 수지 조성물.
