Abstract

천연입체무늬의 PVC 바닥재 제조방법에 있어서, 캐린더에서 압연시팅되어 그라스페이퍼와 일체화된 인쇄층에 그라비야 잉크를 사용하여 원하는 무늬를 인쇄하고 그 위에 다양한 형태의 핫멜트 원료 및 방사설비인 스프레이 어프리케이터를 이용하여 천연입체무늬의 자연스러운 웹 형상을 열용융 도포하여 웹과 웹사이의 빈 공간은 투명 및 착색졸로 메꾸어 표면을 평활하게 하고 또 다른 캐린더 압연시팅된 몇개의 층을 웹상의 핫멜트와 합판되어 있는 인쇄층 상부 및 하부에 열간적층 합판하여 제조하는 방법 및 다양한 색상으로 그라비야 프린트된 평면의 인쇄층 하부에 단위 부피를 가지는 핫멜트 스프레이 방사 코팅을 병행 실시함으로써 3차원적인 입체외관효과가 현출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 PVC 바닥재이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 천연입체무늬의 PVC 바닥재에 있어서, 캐린더에서 압연시팅된 그라스페이퍼와 일체화된 인쇄층에 그라비야 잉크를 사용하여 원하는 인쇄하고 그 위에 다양한 형태의 핫멜트 원료 및 방사설비인 스프레이 어프리케이터를 이용하여 천연입체무늬의 자연스러운 웹 형상을 열용융 도포하여 웹과 웹사이의 빈공간은 투명 및 착색졸로 메꾸어 표면을 평활하게 하고 또 다른 캐린더 암연시팅된 몇개의 층을 웹상의 핫멜트와 합판되어 있는 인쇄층 상부 및 하부에 열간적층 합판하여 됨을 특징으로 하는 PVC 바닥재.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 그라비야 프린트층 상부에 단의 부피를 가지는 핫멜트 스프레이 방사코팅을 실시는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연입체무늬의 PVC 바닥재.
  3. 천연입체무늬의 PVC 바닥재를 제조함에 있어서, 캐린더에서 압연시팅된 그라스페이퍼와 일체화된 인쇄층에 그라비야 잉크를 사용하여 원하는 무늬를 인쇄하고 그 위에 다양한 형태의 핫멜트 원료 및 방사설비인 스프레이 어프리케이터를 이용하여 천연입체무늬의 자연스러운 웹 형상을 열용융도포하여 웹과 웹사이의 빈 공간은 투명 및 착색졸로 메꾸어 표면을 평활하게 하고 또 다른 캐린더 압연시팅된 몇개의 층을 웹상의 핫멜트와 합판되어 있는 인쇄층 상부 및 하부에 열간적층함을 특징으로 하는 PVC 바닥재의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 그라비야 프린트층 상부에 단위부피를 가지는 핫멜트 스프레이 방사코팅을 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연입체무늬의 PVC 바닥재 제조방법.
