Abstract

본 발명은 셀프록킹 이중나선기어장치 및 그 제조용 공구에 관한 것이다. 인볼류트 법선치형을 갖는 나선부들의 축선이 평행하고 접촉부가 선형적인 셀프록킹 이중나선기어장치는, 상기 나선부들의 프로파일의 횡단면 곡률반경 ρnm1및 ρnm2와 종단면 곡률반경 ρxm1및ρxm2가 각각 나선부치형들의 접촉점 M에서 다음의 방정식에 의해 결정되는 것을 특징으로 한다 :
ρnm1tm1/cosβB1nm2tm2/cosβB2,
ρxm1nm1·sinβB1tm1·tanβB1;
ρxm2nm2·sinβB2tm2·tanβB2
여기서, ρtm1및 ρtm2는 접점M에서의 인볼류트 프로파일의 횡단면 곡률 반경이고, βB1및 βB2는 나선부들의 기초원에서의 치형경사각이며,
로서, 여기서 γm1및 γm2는 접점M을 통과하는 원의 작용반경이고, γB1및 γB1는 나선부들의 기초원의 반경이다.
그리고, 셀프록킹 이중나선기어장치의 나선부의 프로파일을 제조하기 위한 회전바이트를 구비한 공구는, 상기 회전바이트가, 다음의 식에 의해 결정되는 곡률반경 R1및 R2를 갖는 원형면취된 커터부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 한다 :

Claims (3)

  1. 인볼류트 법선치형을 갖는 나선부들의 축선이 평행하고 접촉부가 선형적인 셀프록킹 이중나선기어장치에 있어서, 상기 나선부들의 프로파일의 횡단면 곡률반경 ρnm1및 ρnm2와 종단면 곡률반경 ρxm1및 ρxm2가 각각 나선부치형들의 접촉점 M에서 다음의 방정식에 의해 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 셀프록킹 이중나선기어장치 :
    ρnm1tm1/cosβB1nm2tm2/cosβB2,
    ρxm1nm1·sinβB1tm1·tanβB1; ρxm2nm2·sinβB2tm2·tanβB2
    여기서, ρtm1및 ρtm2는 접점M에서의 인볼류트 프로파일의 횡단면 곡률 반경이고, βB1및 βB2는 나선부들의 기초원에서의 치형경사각이며,
    로서, 여기서 γm1및 γm2는 접점M을 통과하는 원의 작용반경이고, γB1및 γB2는 나선부들의 기초원의 반경임.
