Abstract

2도 일반적으로 도시된 본 발명의 가입자 인터페이스 박스는 네트워크부(12)와 가입자부(14)로 구성되어 있으며, 네트워크부(12)는 네트워크케이블(4)에 접속되어 있고, 가입자부(14)는 가입자케이블(6,8)에 접속되어 있어서, 네트워크 및 가입자들이 테스트소켓(16)을 통해 전기접속되어 있다. 가입자 인터페이스 박스는 전선들이 절연피복제거콘택트들에 신속히 접속 및 분리될 수 있도록 케이블들(4,6,8)의 전선들을 수용하기 위해 그를 관통하는 공동부들을 가지는 레버부재들(38,40)로 구성된다. 후자는 레버부재들이 개방위치에 있을때 전선들을 레버부재들(38)의 대응하는 구멍들에 설치함으로써 수행되며, 이에따라 레버부재들은 전선 수용공동부들과 횡으로 교차함으로써 수행되며, 이에 따라 레버부재들은 전선수용공동부들과 횡으로 교차하는 슬롯들로 구성되어 있다. 레버들이 가까운 위치로 하방으로 눌러졌을때, 전선들이 IDC콘택트슬롯들과 강압적으로 전기접속하도록 스롯들은 직립한 절연피복제거콘택트들을 수용한다. 테스트플러그를 테스트소켓(16)에 삽입함으로써 가입자로부터 네트워크부로 연장하는 콘택트아암들을 탄성적으로 바이어스시켜 그 사이에 전기적 분리가 되고 네트워크부를 시험플러그정지부에 전기적으로 접속하게 된다.

Claims (6)

  1. 인터페이스 박스가 베이스, 가입자부, 네트워크부, 시험장치플러그를 수용하기 위한 테스트소켓 및 단자들로 구성되어, 단자들이 네트워크부를 테스트소켓을 통해 가입자부로 전기접속하여 시험장치플러그를 테스트소켓에 삽입하면 네트워크부를 가입자부로부터 전기적으로 분리하고 시험장치를 네트워크부에 전기적으로 접속하게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 네트워크케이블과 가입자케이블사이에 전기접속하기 위한 가압지인터페이스 박스
  2. 단자들의 일부가 탄성접촉부분을 가져서 시험장치플러그를 테스트소켓에 삽입하는 이 콘택트들을 탄성적으로 바이어스시켜 가입자를 네트워크부로부터 전기적으로 분리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항의 가입자인터페이스 박스
  3. 테스트소겟이 플러그수용공동부와, 플러그 수용공동부로부터 탄성콘택부분에 인접한 위치로연장하는 분리삽입공동부로 구성되며, 분리삽입공동부는 플러그를 플러그 수용공동부로 삽입하는 동안 그것을 탄성적으로 바이어스하기 위해 공동부를 통해 돌출하여 탄성콘택트들에 접촉할수 있는 슬라이드 가능한 삽입체를 수용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제2항의 가입자인터페이스 박스.
  4. 테스트소겟을 신속히 다른 테스트소켓으로 대체할 수 있도록 테스트소켓을 탄성랫치수단을 통해 베이스에 설치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제2항의 가입자인터페이스 박스.
  5. 인터페이스 바가스가 케이블들의 전기전도전선들을 수용하기 위한 공동부들을 가지는 이동가능한 스터퍼 레버들 및 단자들의 절연피복제거콘택들을 수용하기 위해 공동부들과 횡으로 교차하는 슬롯들로 구성되며, 공동부들로 완전히 삽입된 전선들이 그와 전기접속하기 위해 콘택트슬롯들로 삽입되며, 그와 전기적 분리를 위해 각기 콘택트슬롯들로부터 빼내질 수 있도록 공동부들이 레버들의 수동작동에 의해 콘택트들의 슬롯들에 거의 인접하게 이동가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항의 가입자 인터페이스 박스.
  6. 스터퍼레버가 그 일종단 가까이에 절연피복 제거콘택트들에 고정된 관계에 있는 레버설치프레임에 회전가능하게 부착된 피벗부재를 가지며, 레버가 또한 레버를 손으로 회전적으로 이동시키기 위해 그 타종단에서 연장하는 그림으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제5항의 가입자 인터페이스 박스.
