Abstract

제 1 도는 백 - 투 - 백(back - to - back)형태로 배열되었을때, 본 발명에 따른 최초의 도선열의 교차점 형상을 형성하는 그 사이에 다수의 도선들을 포함하는 한 쌍의 케리어스트립들의 평면도 및 평면도, 제 2 도는 독특한 4쌍 형상을 형성하는 최초의 백 - 투 - 백 관계에 있는 제 1 도의 도선들을 구비한 두개의 케리어스트립들을 도시하는 평면도, 제 4 도는 제 2 도의 4쌍의 교차점 형상을 구비한 케리어스트립들의 사시도, 제 5 도는 절연하우징 어셈블리를 형성하며 삽입되기 전에 삽입모울드된 제 4 도의 도선들을 구비한 케리어스트립쌍의 단면도, 제 6 도는 제 5 도의 삽입모울드된 어셈블리이 측면도, 제 7 도는 절연플러그 수용 하우징어셈블리로 삽입되기 직전의 형.

Claims (10)

  1. 선택된 도선쌍들 사이의 유도성 및 용량성 결합 및 전압불균형의 감소를 통해 고주파수 전소 성능을 증진시키기에 적합하게 형성된 다수의 금속 도선들로 구성되며, 상기 도선들이 평행한 형태로 배열되고 그 각 일종단들은 제 1 의 균일한 간격으로 이격되어 있고 다른 각각의 종단들은 상기 제 1 간격보다 큰 제 2 의 균일한 간격으로 이격되어 있는 전기 코넥터 단자열에 있어서, 각 외부쌍의 각각의 도선들이 서로 단일의 교차점으로 비접촉 겹침배열로 배열되는 중앙부분과, 중앙쌍의 각 도선들이 처음에 교차하고 이어 외부로 계속되어 인접한 도선들을 두번 교차하여, 전체 열이 선택되고 특정된 절연상수를 가지는 플라스틱 재질로 삽입 모울드되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 콘넥터 단자열.
  2. 상기 제 1 의 균일간격이 약 0.040인치이며, 상기 제 2 의 균일간격이 약 0.050인치인 제 1 항의 전기콘넥터 단자열.
  3. 도선의 겹침간격이 약 0.018인치의 균일한 간격인 제 1 항의 전기 콘넥터 단자열.
  4. 삽입 모울딩이, 도선들이 상기 제 1 의 균일간격을 따라 평행한 위치로부터 상기 도선들이 상기 제 2 균일간격을 따라 평행한 위치로 도선 겹침배열을 통해 연장되는 제 1 항의 전기 콘넥터 단자열.
  5. EIA/TIA규격 TSB - 40의 요건들을 통과하는 인쇄회로기판 설치식 상단설치 및 직각 콘넥터들을 생산하도록 콘넥터 하우징내에 배열된 제 4 항의 전기콘넥터 단자열.
  6. 선택된 도선쌍들 사이의 전압 불균형 및 유도성 및 용량성 결합의 감소를 통해 고주파수 전송성능을 증진시키기에 적합하게 형성된 4쌍의 금속 도선들로 구성되며, 상기 도선들이 평행한 형태로 배열되고 그 각 일 종단들은 제 1 의 균일한 간격으로 이격되어 있고 다른 각각의 종단들은 상기 제 1 간격보다 큰 제 2 의 균일한 간격으로 이격되어 있는 전기 콘넥터 단자열에 있어서, 각 외부쌍의 각각의 도선들이 서로 단일의 교차점으로 비접촉 겹침배열로 배열되는 중앙부분과, 내부 두 쌍들이 그 적어도 두개의 도선들이 상기 내부도선들의 다른 두개의 도선들 위로 교차하여, 전체 열이 선택되고 특정된 절연상수를 가지는 플라스틱 재질로 삽입 모울드되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 콘넥터 단자열.
  7. 상기 제 1 의 균일가격이 약 0.040인치이며, 상기 제 2 의 균일간격이 약 0.050인치인 제 6 항의 전기콘넥터 단자열.
  8. 도선의 겹침간격이 약 0.018인치의 균일한 간격인 제 6 항의 전기 콘넥터 단자열.
  9. 삽입모울딩이 도선들이 상기 제 1 의 균일간격을 따라 평행한 위치로부터 상기 도선들이 상기 제 2 의 균일 간격을 따라 평행한 위치로 도선 겹침배열을 통해 연장되는 제 6 의 전기콘텍터 단자열.
