Abstract
입자 분산액 시스템내 개선된 액체-고제 분리 수행능력을 제공하는 방법. 입자의 건조중량을 기준으로 하여, 약500nm 미만의 직경을 갖는 이온성 유기 교차결합 중합체 마이크로비드 약 0.0227-약 4.54kg/톤(약0.05-약 10파운드/톤) 및 ii) 같은 기준으로 폴리에틸렌이미 중합체, 변형 폴리에틸렌이민 및 상기의 혼합물로 구성되는 군으로 부터 선택되는 중합체 물질 약 0.0227-약 9.072kg/톤(약 0.05-약 20파운드/톤)을 다수의 짙게 쪼개진 고체 입자를 함유한 액체 시스템에 첨가하는 것으로 구성된 방법. 상기 서술된 조성물에 더하여, 유기 이온성 다당류(예를들면, 전분)와 같은 첨가제를 또한 액체 시스템과 배합하여 그로부터 입자 물질의 분리를 용이하게 할 수 있다.

Claims (10)
- i) 입자의 건조중량을 기준으로 하여 음이온성 유기 교차결합 중합체 마이크로비드 약 0.0227-약 4.54kg/톤(약 0.05-약 10파운드/톤) 및 ii) 같은 기준으로, 에틸렌이민 중합체, 변형 폴리에틸렌이민 및 상기의 혼합물로 구성되는 군으로 부터 선택되는 중합체 물질 약 0.0227-약 9.072kg/톤(약 0.05-약 20파운드/톤)을 잘게 쪼개진 고체 입자가 분산된 액체 시스템에 첨가하는 것으로 구성된 액체 입자 분산 시스템내 개선된 액체-고체 분리 수행능력을 제공하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 액체 시스템이 수성 종이 퍼어니쉬인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 마이크로비드가 약 500nm 미만의 직경을 갖는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 마이크로비드의 직경이 약 25-300nm 내인 방법.
- i) 섬유의 건조중량을 기준으로 하여 약 500nm 미만의 직경을 갖는 이온성, 유기 교차 결합 중합체 마이크로비드 약 0.0227-약 9.072kg/톤(약 0.05-약 20파운드/톤) 및 ii) 같은 기준으로, 에틸렌아민 중합체, 변형 폴리에틸렌이민 및 상기의 혼합물로 구성되는 군으로 부터 선택되는 중합체 물질 약 0.0227-약 9.072kg/톤(약 0.05-약 20파운드/톤)을 다수의 셀룰로오즈 섬유로 구성된 수성 종이 퍼어니쉬에 첨가하는 것으로 구성된 종이 제조 방법.
- 제5항의 방법에 의해 생성된 종이.
- 제5항에 있어서, 마이크로비드 및 중합체 물질 모두가 양이온성인 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 마이크로비드 및 중합체 물질이 반대 전하를 갖는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 마이크로비드가 음이온성하고 중합체 물질이 양이온성인 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서. 상기 셀룰로오즈 섬유의 건조 중량을 기준으로 하여 유기, 이온성 다당류 약 0.454-약 22.68kg/톤(약 1.0-약 50파운드/톤)을 부가로 상기 시스템에 첨가하는 것을 포함하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
