Abstract

아미노, 포스피노 또는 설피도기에서 선택한 리간드에 의해 화학적으로 결합한, Pt,Pd,Rh,Ru,Os 또는 Ir의 적어도 하나의 전이금속 착체를 구성하며, 아미노 리간드에 의해 결합한 Pt(0) 단독 착체를 포함하는 오르가노실록산을 제외한 적어도 3개의 오르가노실록산 단위의 전이금속함유 오르가노실록산은 균질 히드로 실릴화 촉매로서 사용된다.

Claims (6)

  1. 아미노, 포스피노 또는 설피노기에서 선택한 리간드(ligands)에 의해 화학적 결합을 한 Pt,Pd,Rh,Ru,Os 또는 Ir의 적어도 하나의 전이금속 착체를 구성하며, 아미노 리간드에 의해 결합한 Pt(0) 단독 착체를 포함한 오르가노실록산을 제회한 적어도 3개의 오르가노실록산 단위의 전이금속함유 오르가노실록산.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, Pt,Pd,Rh,Ru,Os 또는 Ir의 적어도 하나의 화학적결합을 한 전이금속 착체를 구성하며, 다음 일반식(6)의 적어도 3개의 단위로 구성함으로 특정으로 한 전이금속함유 오르가노실록산.
    위식에서 G는 다음 일반식(7)의 래디컬이다.

    여기서 M은 pt(0)를 제외한 Pt,Pd,Rh,Ru,Os 또는 Ir이고, Y는 같거나 다르며, Cl,Br,I,NH3,PR3,H,CO, 1,5-시클로옥타디엔, 피리딘, 비피리딘, 아세테이트, 아세틸아세토네이트, 페닐시아니드, 에킬렌디아민, 아세토니트릴, 2,5-노르보른아리엔, 니트레이트, 니트리트, H2O, 벤젠, 디페닐포스피노에탄, 1,3-디비닐-1,1,3,3-테트라메틸디실록산 및 탄소원자 1-18의 알켄으로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택한 리간드이고, Z는 같거나 다르며, SP-SP-4-피리딘, SP-4-비피리딘, SP-및 SP-SR3로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택한 리간드래디컬이며, R3는 수소원자 또는 래디컬 R이고, R4는 래디컬당 탄소원자 1-18을 가진 2가의 탄화수소래디컬이며, SP는 래디컬당 탄소원자 1-18을 가진 2가의 SiC-결합을 한 치환 또는 비치환 탄화수소래디컬이고, R은 래디컬당 탄소원자 1-18을 가진 1가의 치환 또는 비치환 탄화수소래디컬이며, h는 1-8의 정수이고, i는 1,2,3 또는 4이며, m 및 n은 같거나 다르며 각각 0 또는 1-3의 정수이고, n+m1이다. 단, 적어도 하나의 래디컬 G는 그 오르가노실록산 중에 존재한다.
  3. 지방족 탄소-탄소 다중결합을 가진 래디컬로 구성한 화합물(A)과 실란 또는 실록산에서 선택한 Si-결합수소원자를 가진 화합물(B)와 반응시키거나, 또는 위 (A) 및 (B) 대신 지방족 탄소-탄소 다중결합과 Si-결합수소원자를 가진 화합물(C)을 히드로실릴화 촉매로서 제1항 또는 제2항의 전이금속함유 오르가노실록산(D)의 존재하에 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 히드로실릴화 처리방법(hydrosilylation process).
  4. (A) 지방족 탄소-탄소 다중결합을 가진 래디컬을 구성한 화합물과, (B) 실란 또는 실록산에서 선택한 Si-결합수소원자를 가진 화합물과, 또는 위 (A) 및 (B) 화합물 대신 (C) 지방족 탄소-탄소 다중결합과 Si-결합수소원자를 가진 화합물 및 (D) 히드로실릴화촉매로서, 제1항 또는 제2항의 전이금속함유 오르가노실록산을 구성함을 특징으로 하는 오르가노폴리실록산 조성물.
  5. 아미노, 포스피노 또는 설피노기에서 선택한 리간드에 의해 화학적 결합을 한, Pt,Pd,Rh,Ru,Os 또는 Ir의 적어도 하나의 전이금속 착체를 구성하며, 그 분광계열에서 아미노, 포스피노 및 설피도 리간드 아래에 위치한 적어도 하나의 약 리간드(weak ligand)를 가진 중심원자 Pt,Pd,Rh,Ru,Os 및 Ir의 전이금속 화합물을, 적어도 하나의 결합아미노, 포스피노 또는 설피도기를 가진 적어도 3개의 오르가노실록산 단위의 오르가노실록산과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 적어도 3개의 오르가노실록산 단위의 전이금속함유 오르가노실록산의 제조방법.
  6. 다음 일반식(8)의 적어도 3개의 단위로 구성되는 오르가노실록산을 제조하는 제5항의 제조방법에 있어서, 다음 일반식(10)의 전이금속화합물을 다음 일반식(11)의 적어도 3개의 단위의 오르가노실록산과 반응 시킴을 특징으로 하는 위 제조방법.
    위식에서, A는 다음 일반식(9)의 래디컬이다.

    여기서 M1은 Pt,Pd,Rh,Ru,Os 또는 Ir이고, X는 같거나 다르며, Cl,Br,I,H,CO, 1,5-시클로옥타디엔, 아세테이트, 아세틸아세토네이트, 페닐시아니드, 아세토니트릴, 2,5-노르보른아디엔, 니트레이트, 니트리트, H2O, 벤젠, 디페닐아세틸렌, 에틸렌, 1-옥텐, 1-헥센 및 1,3-디비닐-1,1,3,3-테트라메틸디실록산으로 구성되는 그룹에서 선태한 리간드이고, K는 1,2,3 또는 4이며, Y는 같거나 다르며, Cl,Br,I,NH3,PR3,H,CO, 1,5-시클로악타디엔, 피리딘, 비피리딘, 아세테이트, 아세틸아세토네이트, 페닐시아니드, 에틸렌디아민, 아세토니트릴, 2,5-노르보른아디엔, 니트레이트, 니트리트, H2O, 벤젠, 디페닐포스피노에이트, 1,3-디비닐-1,1,3,3-테트라메틸디실록산 및 탄소원자 1-18의 알켄으로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택한 리간드이고, Z는 같거나 다르며, SP-SP-4-파리딘, SP-4-비피리딘, SP-및 SP-SR3로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택한 리간드래디컬이며, R3는 수소원자 또는 래디컬 R이고, R4는 래디컬당 탄소원자 1-18을 가진 2가의 탄화수소래디컬이며, SP는 래디컬당 탄소원자 1-18을 가진 2가의 SiC-결합을 한 치환 또는 비치환 탄화수소래디컬이고, R은 래디컬당 탄소원자 1-18을 가진 1가의 치환 또는 비치환 탄화수소래디컬이며, h는 1-8의 정수이고, i는 1,2,3 또는 4이며, m 및 n은 같거나 다르며 각각 0 또는 1-3의 정수이고, n+m1이다. 단, 적어도 하나의 래디컬 G는 그 오르가노실록산 중에 존재한다.
