강화층을 가진 단열판재

본 고안은 강화층을 가진 단열판재에 관한 것으로 보다 구체적으로는 흡습성 섬유시트 또는 합성수지 시트를 시멘트몰탈에 침지하여서 된 강화층을 가진 단열판재에 관한 것이다.
종래 공개실용신안 공개번호 제91-9217호에는 허니컴이 내장된 합성수지 발포층의 일면 접착층에 경질판을 접합하고, 타면의 고무화아스팔트층에는 이 형지를 접착하여서 된 단열방수보호판이 제안되어 있고, 공개실용신안 공개번호 재91-9218호에는 다수의 원형 또는 집합체를 구성하는 지지판상체의 공간부에 합성수지발포층을 충전하고 지지판상체의 상, 하면에는 열경화성수지판을 적층시켜서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 경량단열판재가 제안된 바 있다.
상기 판재들은 내충격성 및 내압성은 우수한 것이나 구조와 제조공정이 비교적 복잡하여 제조비용이 많이 들 뿐 아니라 접합부위가 박리되기 쉬운 문제점이 있었다.
본 고안은 상술한 바와 같은 종래의 제반 문제점을 해결한 것인바, 본 고안의 목적은 구조와 제조공정이 비교적 단순하여 저렴한 비용으로 양산할 수 있으며 단열 및 강도가 우수한 강화층을 가진 단열판재를 제공하는데 있다.
본 고안을 이하 예시도면에 의하여 더욱 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 고안은 제1~3도에 예시된 바와같이 흡수성섬유 시트 또는 합성수지시트(1)를 시멘트몰탈(2)에 침지시켜서 만든 강화시트(3)를 통상의 발포폴리스티렌단열판(4)에 적층하여서 된 것이다.
본 고안에서 시멘트몰탈(2)은 폴리머분산제(polymer dispersion)로 강화된 시멘트와 적량의 모래 및 물의 혼합물로 만들어 사용하는 것이 바람직한데 그 이유는 시트(1)에 우수한 침투력을 갖고 단열판(4)과의 접합력을 증가시켜줄 수 있기 때문이다.
또 본 고안은 제4도에 예시된 바와 같이 경우에 따라서는 단열판(4)의 양면에 강화시트(3)를 적층시켜서 만들어 사용할 수도 있다.
상술한 바와 같은 본 고안 단열판재는 구조와 제조공정이 비교적 단순하여 저렴한 비용으로 양산할 수 있고 단열판(4)에 시멘트몰탈(2)이 침지된 흡습성 섬유시트 또는 합성수지 시트(1)로 이루어진 강화시트(3)를 적층시켜서 만든것이기 때문에 단열성과 강도가 우수한 장점이 있다.

Claims (3)

  1. 흡수성시트(1)를 시멘트몰탈(2)에 침지시켜서 만든 강화시트(3)를 통상의 발포폴리스티렌단열판(4)에 적층하여서된 강화층을 가진 단열판재.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 흡수성시트(1)가 섬유시트로 된 것임을 특징으로 하는 강화층을 가진 단열판재.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 흡수성시트(1)가 합성수지로 된 것임을 특징으로 하는 강화층을 가진 단열판재.
