Abstract
초고순도가스공급계 배관의 용접을 백시일드가스에 의해 용접주의 내압을 특히 상승시키는 일 없이, 또한 대량의 미립자를 발생시키지 않고 실시할 수 있도록 한다.
아아크용접에 의한 스테인레스관 끼리의 용접에 있어서 한쪽 스테인레스관의 선단측으로부터 내부쪽으로 향하여 백시일드가스를 방출하는 동시에 아아크시작시의 용접전류치를 아아크시작 시점으로부터 일정시간 동안에 정상용접전류치보다 낮은 값으로 유지하고, 그후 용접전류를 정상용접전류치까지 상승시킨다.

제1도는 본 발명에 의한 용접방법 및 용접부로부터 발생한 미립자의 측정방법의 설명도, 제2도는 제1도의 A부분의 확대상세도, 제3도는 제1도의 B부분의 확대상세도.
Claims (5)
- 아아크용접에 의한 스테인레스관(16a),(16b)끼리의 용접에 있어서, 한쪽의 스테인레스관의 선단측의 개구로부터 내부쪽으로 향하여 백시일드가스(19)를 방출하는 동시에, 아아크시작시의 용접전류치를 아아크시작의 시점으로부터 일정 시간 동안 정상용접전류치보다 낮은 값으로 유지하고, 그후 상기한 용접전류를 정상용접전류치까지 상승시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 초고순도가스공급계 배관의 용접방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 아아크시작시의 용접전류치를 정상용접전류치의 20~30%의 값으로 하는 동시에, 상기한 아아크시작시의 용접전류치를 아아크시작 후 1~3초간 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초고순도가스공급계 배관의 용접방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 스테인레스관(16a),(16b)내를 유통하는 백시일드가스(19)에 의해 용접부의 내압을 35~120㎜H2O로 유지하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 초고순도가스공급계 배관의 용접방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 백시일드가스(19)를 아르곤가스로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 초고순도가스공급계 배관의 용접방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 아아크용접을 아르곤가스를 아아크가스(18)로 하는 TIG자동용접으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 초고순도가스공급계 배관의 용접방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
