Claims (6)
- 광저장매체로부터의 신호독출에 이용되는 광빔을 방출하는 광방출수단과, 광저장매체로 입사하는 광빔의 초점조절에 이용되는 대물렌즈와, 상기 광방출수단에 대해 상대적으로 일정한 위치에 고정되며 광저장매체에서 반사되어 대물렌즈를 통과한 광빔을 검출하는 광검출수단을 갖는 광헤드에 있어서, 상기 대물렌즈와 광방출수단사이의 광축상에서 상기 광빔의 소정 파장에 의해 위치가 결정되고, 상기 대물렌즈로부터 입사하는 광빔을 그 입사위치에 따라 서로다른 복수개의 각도로 회절시키는 회절수단 ; 회절수단에 의해 회절되는 상기 소정 파장의 광빔과 다른 소정 파장의 광빔을 입사받아 트랙킹에러 및 초점에러를 검출할 수 있는 광검출수단을 포함하는 광헤드.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 회절수단은 서로다른 회절각을 갖는 복수의 홀로그램을 구비함을 특징으로 하는 광헤드.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 광검출수단은 광빔의 회절방향에 나란한 방향의 길이가 회절방향에 수직한 방향의 길이보다 긴 복수개의 포토다이오우드를 구비함을 특징으로 하는 광헤드.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 회절수단은 2개의 홀로그램으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 광헤드.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 광검출수단은 분할비점수차법을 이용하여 초점에러를 검출하고 푸시-풀법을 이용하여 트랙킹에러를 검출하기 위해 서로 인접되게 배치된 4분할 포다이오우드를 구비함을 특징으로 하는 광헤드.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 광검출수단은 레이저다이오드 칩과 하나의 패키지화된 것을 특징으로 하는 광헤드.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
