Abstract

본 발명은 자동으로 공급되는 컵(11)을 파지하기 위한 안착홈(12a)이 구비된 홀더(12)와, 상기 컵(11)을 자동판매기의 외부로 배출시키기 위해 홀더(12)를 왕복이송시는 이송수단과, 상기 홀더(12)의 왕복이송시 도어(13)를 록킹 및 록킹해제시키는 도어록킹수단과, 상기 홀더(12)에 구비돗渚컵(11)의 존재여부를 감지하여 이송수단을 제어하는 센서(20)(21)를 포함하여 되는 커피자동판매기의 컵 배출장치로 구성하여 컵이 자동으로 배출되게 함으로써 사용자가 손쉽게 컵을 꺼낼 수 있고, 도어의 록킹이 가능하여 도어 및 내부부품을 보호할 수 있는 것이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 자동으로 공급되는 컵(11)을 파지하기 위한 안착홈(12a)이 구비된 홀더(12)와, 상기 컵(11)을 자동판매기의 외부로 배출시키기 위해 홀더(12)를 왕복이송시는 이송수단과, 상기 홀더(12)의 왕복이송시 도어(13)를 록킹 및 록킹해제시키는 도어록킹수단과, 상기 홀더(12)에 구비되어 컵(11)의 존재여부를 감지하여 이송수단을 제어하는 센서(20)(21)를 포함하여 되는 커피자동판매기의 컵 배출장치.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 이송수단은, 소정길이의 나사축(16)을 갖는 구동모터(17)와, 사각을 형태로 형성되어 상기 나사축(16)을 양단에서 회전지지하고 자동판매기 내부로부터 배출구에 이르도록 설치된 안내프레임(18)과, 상기 안내프레임(18)상에 놓여져 상면에 홀더(12)가 고정되고 일측이 나사축(16)에 나사맞춤되어 나사축(16)의 회전으로 안내프레임(18)을 따라 왕복이동하도록 된 베이스(15)로 이루어지는 커피자동판매기의 컵 배출장치.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 도어록킹수단은, 컵 배출통로의 일측벽(19)에 설치되어 이송수단의 왕복이송동작시 일측이 연동되고 돌기(19a)(19b)를 중심으로 시소운동하여 타측이 도어(13)의 걸림홈(13a)에 걸림 및 해제되는 록킹레버(23)와, 상기 록킹레버(23)가 탄력적으로 시소운동가능하게 일측벽(19)과 록킹레버(23) 사이에 설치된 한쌍의 스프링(24)(25)으로 이루어지는 커피자동판매기의 컵 배출장치.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 센서는, 홀더(12)의 컵 안착홈(12a)으로 관통된 관통구멍(26)(27)에 설치되고 한쌍의 발광 및 수광 센서(20)(21)로 이루어지는 커피자동판매기의 컵 배출 장치.
