Abstract

본 발명은 지지영역과, 관형 물체를 둘러싼 후에 지지영역에 배치된 대응 결속부와 결합되는 다수의 결속 고정부를 가진 밴드형으로 형성된 고정영역을 구비하는 하나 이상의 관형 물체를 지지체에 고정시키기 위한 플라스틱제 지지장치에 관한 것으로, 대응 결속부(7)은 비대요소(9)로 구성되며, 고정영역(6)의 각각의 결속 고정부는 탄성적이고 비대요소(9)의 배후에 맞물리는 2개이상의 브리쥐(10;12:13)을 구비한다.

Claims (18)

  1. 지지영역과, 관형 물체를 둘러싼 후에 지지영역에 배치된 대응 결속부와 결합되는 다수의 결속 고정부를 가진 밴드형으로 형성된 고정영역을 구비하는, 하나 이상의 관형 물체를 지지체에 고정시키기 위한 플라스틱제 지지장치에 있어서, 대응 결속부(7)은 비대요소(9)로 구성되며, 고정영역(6)의 각각의 결속 고정부는 탄성적이고 비대요소(9)의 배후에 맞물리는 2개 이상의 브리쥐(10:12:13)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱제 지지장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 탄성 결속요소를 가진 개구부에 의해 지지체에 있는 형상볼트에 고정될 수 있는 지지영역을 구비하며, 비대요소(9)는 지지영역(5)의 둘레부에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 지지장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 구로서 형성된 비대요소(9)는 지지영역(5)의 종방향축에 대해 각을 두고 연장되는 아암(8)에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 지지장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 아암(8)은 지지영역(5)의 종방향축에 대해 예각으로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 지지장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 브리쥐(10)은 알자형으로 형성되며, 인접한 결속 고정부의 2개의 인접 브리쥐(10) 사이에는 개재공간이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 지지장치(제15도).
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 브리쥐(12)는 설형으로 형성되고 반경방향으로 대응 결속부(7)의 구(9)의 중심점을 향해 정향되는 것을 특징으로 하는 지지장치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 2개 이상의 설형 브리쥐(12)가 대향되어 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 지지장치(제12도,제18도).
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 3개의 브리쥐(13)의 대응 결속부(7)의 구(9)를 수용하는 개구부(14)의 전둘레에 걸쳐 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 지지장치(제13도,제16도,제17도).
  9. 제6항에 있어서, 인접한 결속 고정부의 설형 브리쥐(12:13) 사이에 개재공간(15)가 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 지지장치(제12도,제14도).
  10. 제6항 내지 제9항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 설형 브리쥐(13)은 고정영역(6)의 평면으로부터 돌출되어 대응 결속부(7)의 구(9)을 향해 정향되는 것을 특징으로 하는 지지장치(제19도).
  11. 선행항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 지지영역(5)와 고정영역(6) 사이에 통상의 길이변동식 개재영역(16)이 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 지지장치.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 개재영역(16)은 서로 반대로 파형을 이루는 종방향 브리쥐(17,18)로서 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 지지장치(제2도,제10도).
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 종방향 브리쥐(17,18)은 가장 협소한 영역(19)에서 서로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 지지장치.
  14. 제11항에 있어서, 개재영역(16)은 천공된 밴드(20)으로서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 지지장치(제9도).
  15. 제11항 내지 제14항에 있어서, 종방향 브리쥐(17,18) 또는 천공된 밴드(20)은 종방향으로 파형을 이루어 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 지지장치.
  16. 제1항에 있어서, 지지영역(5)는 개구부의 전둘레에 걸쳐 분포된 안내요소(22) 및 결속 돌출부(23)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지지장치.
  17. 제1항 또는 제16항에 있어서, 대응 결속부(7)의 아암(8)은 안내요소(22) 또는 결속 돌출부(23)의 외벽부에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 지지장치.
  18. 선행항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 고정영역(6)에 통상의 파지영역(25)가 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 지지장치.
