Claims (4)
- 회전축(X), 재료의 소정의 반경(R) 및 소정의 두께(E)를 가지고 있고, 힘을 뺀 상태에서, 동일한 축(X)의, 소정의 반경(R)과 같은 반경의, 소정의 두께(E)보다 더 큰 축방향 크기(H)의 실린더(K) 내부에 내접하고 있는 타입의 탄성 와셔에 관한 것으로서, 이러한 와셔는 회전축(X)을 따라 향하는 탄성력을 가하도록 의도되어 있는 대략 환상의 형상의 탄성 와셔에 있어서, 갭(2)에 의해 중단되는 링을 형성하고 있는 감겨진 스트립(1)으로 본래 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하고, 이 링은 응력 하에서 방사상으로 그리고 탄성적으로 오그라들 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하고, 갭(2)의 양 쪽으로 놓여 있는, 스트립의 적어도 2개의 제 1 섹션(11,12,13a,13b)은 동일한 평균면(P)에서 뻗어 있는 것을 특징으로 하고, 갭(2)의 양 쪽으로 뻗어 있는, 스트립의 제 2 섹션(14,15,16)은 제 1 섹션(11,12,13a,13b)의 평균면(P)으로부터 분기하는 것을 특징으로 하는 대략 환상의 형상의 탄성 와셔.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 스트립(1)은 목적을 유지하여 와셔를 방사상으로 수축하게 함과 동시에 와셔가 파지되는 것을 허용하기 위한 2개의 루프(111,121)를 제공하기 위해서, 갭(2)의 양 쪽으로, 평균면(P)에서 스트립에 접하여 굽혀지는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성 와셔.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 제 2 섹션(14,15)은 루프 형상으로 되어 있고 평균면(P)의 양 쪽으로 뻗어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성 와셔.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 스트립(1)은 원형 단면인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성 와셔.
