Abstract

본 발명은 작업장치의 탈착장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 스키드 로다 (skid loader) 등의 중장비를 이용하여 작업하는 도중 작업 조건에 따라 현장에서 작업장치를 교체 시켜가면서 복합적인 작업을 하게 되는 경우 버킷에 착탈되는 레버의 조작으로 간단하게 작업장치를 교체시킬 수 있도록 한 것에 관한 것으로, 로다의 붐에 버킷과 같은 작업장치를 착탈시키도록 된 것에 있어서, 상기 붐에 링크를 결합시키되 링크는 버킷의 배면에 대향되게 형성된 가이드에 탈착가능하게 결합되고, 상기 버킷과 링크의 상, 하방향으로의 유격됨이 방지되도록 상기 가이드에 면접촉되게 삽입되는 관절봉으로된 레버가 링크에 형성된 스톱퍼에 결합하게 됨을 특징으로 하는 작업장치의 탈착장치인 것이다.

제 1 도 및 제 2 도는 종래기술에 의한 탈착장치의 도면, 제 3 도는 본 발명에 의한 탈착장치의 개략도이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 로다의 붐에 버킷과 같은 작업장치를 착탈시키도록 된 것에 있어서, 상기 붐(1)에 링크(2)를 결합시키되 링크(2)는 버킷(4)의 배면에 대향되게 형성된 가이드(5)(6)에 탈착가능하게 결합되고, 상기 버킷(4)과 링크(2)의 상,하방향으로의 유격됨이 방지되도록 상기 가이드(5)에 면접촉되게 삽입되는 관절봉으로 된 레버(8)가 링크(2)에 형성된 스톱퍼(13)에 결합하게 됨을 특징으로 하는 작업장치의 탈착장치.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 레버(8)의 양단부에 연결된 키(9)(10)에 경사면 (9A)(10A) 형성되고, 버킷(4)의 상측에 형성된 가이드(5,5′) 내부에 경사면(9A) (10A)과 대응되는 안내면(5A)(5B)이 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 작업장치의 탈착장치.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 버킷(4)의 배면 하측에 가이드(6′)가 좌,우 일측으로 경사지게 형성되고, 상기 경사진 가이드(6′)가 결합되도록 링크(2)의 하단부에 동일한 경사부가 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 작업장치의 탈착장치.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 버킷(4)에 형성된 가이드(5)(5′)에 레버(8)를 착탈시키는데 유압실린더(11A)가 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 작업장치의 탈착장치.
