Abstract

본 발명은 지르코니아 소결체 표면에 티타늄의 탄화물, 질화물 또는 탄질화물 미분말을 YO의 착색 촉진제 및 TiO의 표면 경화제가 함께 접촉 또는 도막을 형성시킨 후에 비산화성 분위기하에서 1200℃ 이상의 온도로 10분 이상동안 열처리하여서 흑색 지르코니아 소결체를 제조하는 방법을 제공한다.
본 발명에 따라 제조된 흑색 지르코니아 소결체는 본래 특성인 고강도, 고인성을 유지하면서 1㎛ 정도의 미세기공이 생성되지 않고, 광택이 우수하며, 얼룩도 없이 치밀하고 균질한 특징이 있어 고급시계 케이스, 넥타이핀 등의 장식용 제품으로 유용하다.

Claims (2)

  1. 지르코니아 분말을 이용하여 흑색 지르코니아 소결체를 제조하는데 있어서, 지르코니아 소결체 표면에 티타늄의 탄화물,질화물 또는 탄질화물 미분말을 Y2O3의 착색 촉진제 및 TiO2의 표면 강화제와 함께 접촉 또는 도막을 형성시킨 후에 비산화성 분위기하에서 1200℃ 이상의 온도로 10분 이상동안 열처리하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 흑색 지르코니아 소결체의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 착색 촉진제는 상기 티타늄의 탄화물, 질화물 또는 탄질화물에 대해 0.01 내지 3중량부를 첨가하고, 상기 표면 강화제는 상기 티타늄의 탄화물, 질화물 또는 탄질화물에 대해 0.01 내지 2중량부를 첨가하는 것을 특징으로하는 방법.
