Abstract
본 발명은, 배큠판식 진공증발캔, 감압중기 발생기 및 히트펌프를 조합하므로서 열효율이 높고, 조작 안정성이 뛰어나서 런닝코스트가 저렴하고, 또 60℃ 이하의 저온에서 원액을 응축할 수 있는 진공농축장치에 관한 것으로서, 배큠판식 진공증발캔의 하부 외주에 부실된 스팀자켓(4)에 감압중기를 도입하므로서 증발캔(1)내의 원액을 간접적으로 잠열가열한다. 증발캔(1)내의 원액은 진공증발캔(1)의 농축부(2)에서 저온비등하여 농축된다. 이 원액가열용 감압증기는 감압증기 발생기(20)내의 물을 히트펌프(30)의 가열원에 의해 가열하므로서 얻을 수 있다. 한편, 진공증발캔(1)내에서 발생된 증기는 페이퍼 콘덴서(3)에서 히트펌프(30)의 냉열원에 의해 냉각응축되며, 드레인으로서 시스템 밖으로 취출된다. 제품의 농축액은 농축액 취출관로(14)로부터 펌프(6)에 의해 시스템 밖으로 취출된다.

제1도는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 진공농축장치의 개략도, 제2도는 제1도 장치의 부분적 확대도이다.
Claims (3)
- 가열사이클과 냉동사이클을 절환 가능하게 구성한 히트펌프와, 상기 히트펌프의 냉동사이클에 있어서의 가열원과의 간접 열교환에 의해 감압하에서 액체 열매체의 감압증기를 발생시키는 감압증기 발생기 및 배큠판식 진공증발캔으로 구성되며, 상기 배큠판식 진공증발캔은 상기 감압증기 발생기에서 발생된 감압증기를 받아들여 원액을 간접적으로 잠열가열하는스팀자켓과, 상기 스팀자켓으로부터의 전열에 의해 감압하에서 발생된 증기를 상기 히트펌프의 냉동사이클에 있어서의 냉열원과의 간접 열교환에 의해 냉각 응축시키는 페이퍼 콘덴서를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 진공농축장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배큠판식 진공증발캔에 원액을 교반함과 동시에 캔벽에 부착된 농축물을 교반하는교반기를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 진공농축장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 장치상승시에 상기 감압증기 발생기에 도입된 액체열매체의 온도를 상기 히트펌프의 가열사이클에서의 냉열원과의 간접열교환에 의해 설정온도로 조절하는 액체열매체의 설정온도 조절기구를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 진공농축장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
