Abstract
본 발명은 백만 스트론튬당 350 내지 450성분과 11.5중량%∼14중량%의 실리콘 함량을 함유한 합금으로 단일체로 주조된 조향핸들과 이 조향핸들이 제조되는 방법에 관한 것으로, 모울드가 비교적 빠른 회전속도로 회전하여 주조중에 조향핸들이 100g 내지 250g(여기서, g는 중력이다)의 압력을 받게 되며, 최적의 회전속도가 명세서에 기술한 공식에 의거 결정되도록 되어 있다.

제1도는 조향핸들의 직경과 모울드의 회전속도간의 관계를 도시하는 곡선의 범위를 나타내는 그래프, 제2도는 본 발명에 따른 조향핸들 제조용 모울드의 측단면도, 제3도는 제2도에 도시한 모울드가 합금주조물로 채워진 것을 도시한 측단면도, 제4도는 모울드로부터 성형품을 제거하는 과정의 제2도의 모울드와 주조성형품이 분리된 측단면도, 제5도는 본 발명에 따른 모울드로부터 제거된 주조성형품의 사시도.
Claims (9)
- 백만 스토론튬당 350 내지 450성분과 11.5중량%∼14중량%의 실리콘 함량을 함유한 단일체 알루미늄 합금주조로된 조향핸들.
- 제1하에 있어서, 상기 합금에 12.5중량%∼12.6중량%의 실리콘 함량을 함유한 것을 특징으로 하는 조향핸들.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 합금에 백만 스트론튬당 380 내지 420의 성분이 함유된 것을 특징으로 하는 조향핸들.
- 제1항 내지 제3항에 있어서, 상기 합금이 대체로 다음과 같은 성분으로 조성된 것을 특징으로 하는 조향핸들.
- 조향핸들이 주조될 회전가능한 모울드 준비단계와 용융된 합금을 상기 모울드의 상·하부 금형한으로 주입하는 단계, 상기 모울드를 회전시키는 단계, 및 조향핸들이 상기한 모울드로부터 제거될 수 있도록 충분히 합금을 냉각시키는 단계로 구성된 조향핸들의 제조공정.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 모울드가 1분당 N회전의 다음 속도로 회전하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조향핸들의 제조방법.여기서 G는 G성분이고, G성분=이며, D=조향핸들의 직경.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서 상기 모울드가 알루미늄합금으로 제조되면서 2중량%∼4중량%의 구리함량과 5중량%∼7중량%의 실리콘 함량을 함유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조향핸들의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 모울드합금이 다음과 같은 성분으로 조성된 것을 특징으로 하는 조향핸들의 제조방법.
- 제5항 내지 제8항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 모울드가 회전중에 조향핸들의 림내에 압력이 100g과 250g사이가 되기에 충분한 속도로 회전되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 조향핸들의 제조방법.여기서 g는 중력이다.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
